When our server came to take our order, he suggested three pasta dishes that were not listed on the menu. We chose one of them, a pasta called Tajarin, and compared it to the prices of the regular pastas on the menu, assuming it would be in the same range.
The dish itself was extremely simple, basically pasta with butter, with truffle added on top. The truffle didn’t have much flavor, and overall the dish tasted very basic.
We also ordered dessert, and the tiramisu was actually delicious.
The problem came when the check arrived. We were shocked to see that the Tajarin pasta cost $125, which was about four times the price of the other pastas on the menu. This price was never mentioned by the server when he recommended it. We only learned afterward that the high cost was because of the truffle, even though the flavor didn’t justify such a price.
I don’t think it’s fair to promote an off-menu item without clearly stating the price, especially when it’s significantly higher than anything else on the menu. I definitely wouldn’t have ordered a $125 pasta had I known, and I don’t think any customer should be surprised like that.
My recommendation: Do not order off-menu items unless the server clearly tells you the price first. Otherwise, you may end up with an unpleasant surprise on your bill.
The service was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we came back the very next day for lunch, and it was just as exceptional as our dinner.
Brezza is the kind of restaurant that delivers incredible food, great service, and a memorable atmosphere the type of place you can’t wait to return to. Highly recommended ♥️ !
A bit underwhelming to be honest. We went when it just opened and were the first ones there.
First the service was outstanding, friendly and very charming.
The place is chic, lovely decor and nice seating.
The underwhelming part came with the good and cocktails. The cocktails were flat, not the best mixes l’ve had and honestly quite pricey. Same with the food, strip prices but not the best quality.
If they are going to charge those prices they need to elevate both.

We had an exceptional dining experience at Resorts World, thanks to Brezza and the entire team. Chef Nicole’s creativity, thoughtful selections, and passion shine in every incredible plate. We enjoyed two outstanding pasta dishes, two apps, perfectly cooked stone-seared shrimp, and tender grilled octopus — each dish layered with flavor and beautifully presented. The cauliflower was not called out as a recommendation but we chose it as a side and couldn’t get enough of it! Sommelier Andre not only selected a wonderful wine pairing, but his meticulous attention to detail was impressive — I even watched him carefully clean the wine room glass doors with precision. We sat facing the kitchen, which I highly recommend, as it gave us a front-row view of the team’s skill and dedication. Everyone here works so hard, and it shows in both the service and the food. This spot has become a must-visit for us — we’ll be back on every trip to Vegas.
Seriously the food was fantastic and the service was great. I told our waitress about my gluten allergy and she brought out a dish of chips for me while bread was brought out to the rest of the table.
– Espresso Martini is the second best I have had all year (first place is held for one I had in DC)
– There were 2 specials that we tried: the King shrimp dish and the caviar dish. Everyone seemed to have loved the caviar but not the shrimp; I’m thinking because it was softer than anticipated.
– Gluten free pasta was to die for, I will be dreaming about this.
5 Stars across the board! yippee
The sides were really good and the calamari was crispy and fresh.
The ratio from dip to actual calamari is like 4:1 but it was still very good and they deep fried lemon slices and that actually tasted really good.
Seasoning was very fresh and just right.
The lamb pasta was soooo good. It was super tender and seasoned perfectly.
The broccoli was also very delicious and cooked just right. I would highly recommend checking it out at least once if you’re staying at the hotel.
Spacious and airy inside, lit alot lighter than your typical Vegas restaurant.
Food was on the whole very good. We were served a foccacia to start with which while flavourful, didn’t have a great crumb and was actually part gooey in the middle. We then had the tuna tartar and oysters to start with. Oysters were fresh but the tuna really stood out. Perfectly seasoned and so well finished the table had it again as a main.
Spaghetti pomodorro for my main, which is always a good test for an Italian restaurant. A more creamy version than I’m used to but hit all the marks. Only issue was bizarrely portion size which was on the low side for the price.
Service was great with some exceptions. Server was attentive, helpful and gave us just the right amount of time between courses. However they got my drinks order wrong and for our second course didn’t refresh the cutlery. I had to prompt and when they did, I got knife and fork for a spaghetti. No spoon.
Overall, and combined with that high Vegas price point, I think they need to improve before I would recommend. So much other choice in Vegas that justifies the prices.
I ordered the steak. It was too chewy I had to send it back. I changed with mignon and that was great. I wanted medium rare and it is successful for both. I sat at the bar and our server/bartender was great!
