The Betty White pizza was pure perfection. The absolute best crust I’ve had outside of Italy! They use sourdough and it was so light and airy. The ricotta was to die for and spread easily to cover more of the pizza. Roasted garlic cloves and the hot honey took it to another level! Meatballs were excellent and the bread also delicious! Our waiter was friendly and the food came out quickly. We went for lunch, so the portions were smaller, but still plenty of food. I would highly recommend this restaurant and definitely get a pizza!

Beautiful. My Gosh! The most exquisite place for breakfast the world has ever known!!! The charm and attention to detail is stunning. The prices are right. I’m having Berry Pancakes with Berry Sauce and Scrambled Eggs a la carte. The music adds the right touch. This place is a warm hug on a chilly day. What an incredible place to dine in. There is outdoor seating as well for the Summer Spring and Autumn Months. It’s a garden of culinary delight. Please be aware, I am only here for Breakfast. Dinner has to be over the top!

We love Brewster’s! The food and service is always amazing despite how busy it can get in there. Bruschetta is a must have!!! The chicken tortellini soup was delicious, and the salad was crisp. My partner got their lunch special which was a half rack of ribs on a hoagie bun with three large hashbrowns on the side. Everything was absolutely delicious!! Not to mention the skylight makes for a bright room and a beautiful dining setting.

I have been going to Brewster’s for years, well before the remodel. It is a true gem. You can really tell the menu items are prepared with a lot of thought and a variety of flavor profiles. The presentations are always beautiful. Every server I’ve had has been efficient and friendly. My most recent trip included service by Kim and an amazing Iced Glacier Cappuccino, burrata and strawberry appetizer as well as olives and feta with naan. The only con is the hostess, who seems disinterested.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Brewsters Italian in New Buffalo! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel completely welcome, especially with our little one in a car seat. They were so accommodating, and it immediately set the tone for a great night out.
We ordered the Dinner for Two, and wow, what an incredible value. The portions were generous, the flavors were fantastic, and it gave us the chance to taste so many different dishes without breaking the bank. Every plate was delicious, inclusing our cookies.
Our server, Amanda, was amazing, and honestly, every server we interacted with was just as friendly and attentive. Coming from Chicago, it was refreshing to be surrounded by a team that not only had a smile on their face but truly seemed happy to be there, even on a busy night. The positive energy made the whole experience that much better.
And the drinks, strong pours and super tasty! We tried cocktails and loved them.
Overall, Brewsters Italian delivered great food, great service, and great vibes. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in New Buffalo!

Top notch!! I walked down memory lane to a childhood staple of mine and was not disappointed. The ambiance, the staff and food was superb. And don’t even get me started with the fresh pressed carrot juice in the cocktail I ordered! Yum… Amanda might’ve been one of the most memorable managerial staff members I’ve ever met. She was super personable and gave great suggestions. I even ordered dessert, which is rare, but the fact she voiced the baker made them him/her self I figured why not. Definitely going to come back!

We really enjoyed our dinner at Brewster’s! For starters, the staff is very friendly and attentive. We ordered the meatballs & Betty White pizza and both were super good! Loved the hot honey on the pizza too. I would definitely recommend eating here when in New Buffalo!
