All the energy is there! The season in the kitchen bangs with the beat of the Christmas music over its intercom system. The chefs are bright red in a tight sled with their passion for the food they make. All the locals know! This is the “go to” for a lunch work break and or the wine up from the daily grind. They catered a family reunion for 50 people. Delicious food, generous quantity and fair price. Chef Rosa was easy to work with and we developed a crowd-pleasing menu together. She supplied all the serving dishes, kept the food hot, and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely call her for my next catered event.
