We were in Arkansas November 2025 and I forgot to leave a review. The food, customer service, and ambience are great. I ordered exactly the same thing, bagel with egg and cheese and a chai latte. Just like last time, it was delicious!

The drinks are incredible. I can confidently say they make the best cup of chai you can get outside of an Indian restaurant! They’ll even put rum in it for you which improves the already amazing. The art is cool, particularly the mural, and is mostly painted by an employee. We ended up hanging out with several employees on the patio and I have to compliment the hiring manager. You’ve brought together a lovely group of people. The biscuits and gravy were surprisingly good!

Me and my fiance were on a vacation to Eureka Springs and we had a full day planned of things to do but really wanted a good cup of coffee. Our lodge host mentioned that there are not many places open before 10am but we found a couple. This was not too far and on our way to where we needed to go. The building is painted white and red so you can’t miss it which is good since it’s in an area of lots of different buildings. There is only street parking. The inside is eclectic. Lots of art hanging on the walls from local artists. A seating area with a couch and coffee table. They had some magazines and whatnot. We ordered two caramel lattes and the lox bagel to share. I will say at the time there were about 10 people in the cafe and 4 of us were waiting in line. They had one person working on drinks and one person in the back kitchen. We waited quite a while. Understandable since there was only one person working on drinks. So we patiently waited for our order. We went and sat on the couch looked at the art and magazines. The the lattes were fantastic. Great coffee the bagel was fresh and delicious. Worth the wait if you have the time.

Brews is a staple in town. Great drinks, easygoing atmosphere, and always good company. Trivia night is the standout with its fun questions, and lively crowds. Brews is the quintessential mix of competitive and casual. Always a good time.

This place has a really cool vibe going on. They have an indoor space and an outdoor patio, plenty of tables to hang with a friend. When it says Brews they mean both some beers and coffees. I went for coffee. I wouldn’t say the menu was vast but the coffee was good. When I go back to Eureka Springs I will be sure to visit for some coffee again.

Very nice place, staff was great and I’d come back here.
Ordered the meat Burrito and the cold green tea.
Burrito was ok and the tea came hot. No big deal, it was all good and worked out.

Every time I go to a new city I always shop local and one if my favorite things to do is to try a new local coffee shop! This is my first time in ES and I came on the busiest weekend if the year I hear. On the walk back to my car after watching the zombie crawl/parade I went to Brews for a coffee. I parked right next to it. Well a person named Chris was very awesome to me. I had ordered a coffee and then I saw the awesome tap menu and I was really wanting to try the black apple cider hibiscus one. They had ran out sadly, so I was going to try another one but I only had tap to pay. They said it’s okay it’s on the house and I got the unopened one that was the display! This will forever be my coffee shop I go to when I am in Eureka. Starbucks can go to hell! Stop in and half a drink and tip really good! Sincerely a Kansas Girl

Loved this place. My husband and I are in town for our LONG OVERDUE honeymoon (we’ve been married for 11 years and together for 13). The staff was super friendly. Great art. The food was sorta “meh” but I was really nauseated and my husband was making me eat something with protein in it so take my opinion of their food with a grain of salt.

My husband got the same thing as me and loved it.

Also, shout out to Alice who seemed to be the MVE (Most valuable employee) and was always doing something. Getting drinks. Washing windows.
