Whenever you walk into the Union you’re greeted with a smile. I don’t think I’ve ever had one bad experience inside of this establishment. I’ve been to both their food truck and diner and the food is beyond amazing. The combination of flavors is always outstanding and you really can feel the love that’s put in to the food. And that redneck reuban is a must try for all. I also love that you can get mostly all of their menu items to go, or you can make a call into the diner and place a quick pickup order. Not to mention if there’s something you want that’s not on the menu the staff goes above and beyond to try their hardest to make it happen. I absolutely will continue to be a regular here! Such a great family place, or even a great place to stop in alone! There’s always a great conversation to be had! I’m sharing this amazing cordon bleu Sammy I had recently. The chicken was fried to perfection and I’m already craving another!

This little diner has so much personality. It is perfect if you are looking for an experience, for something to do with friends or even a date. I took my boyfriend here and we were so impressed by the chef, the waitress and the food. I definitely will be back.

Great little diner/cafe. Great, updated takes on classic food. I had the Killer Spinach Ricotta Scamble. It was delicious. We also ordered the sausage gravy and biscuits. It was HUGE! Good prices, great food!! 10/10

Friendly staff, huge portions, good prices but the food was bland. I ordered the Chicken and Waffles. The waffle was good and had sugar pearls, but there was no seasoning at all on the chicken or in the flour batter.

Patience for perfect! Best way to describe how you must be here. So worth waiting just a few more minutes than at a chain. The food.. most flavorful I’ve ever had! Picture perfect plates. Cozy atmosphere and spot on service! The owner came to check on the entire restaurant, which is over the top service! We cannot wait to go back! Well worth every penny.

I visited their food truck Redneck Reuben Union at Great Northern Food truck takeover. Very short line and friendly staff. I had heard a lot of hype about an over the top Reuben from this establishment. Not sure which sandwich that was. I ended up ordering a Reuben and a corn beef sandwich. After a short wait both came out hot of the griddle. The Reuben a perfect blend of salty, sour, and rich, a true classic. Though the corned beef was hot and fresh as well just not to my liking, though I shared and it was happily consumed. The Reuben definitely rival some of the Irish local pubs. I’m not sure which sandwich on the menu was the hyped up version. Maybe the Reubano? I didn’t come across it this visit, maybe next time. $31.50 for the too sandwiches.

One of the owners brought meals for my entire family during an appointment, and they were absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and enjoyed by everyone. Everything was so delicious that I don’t think I’ll ever be able to eat a Reuben anywhere else! Such a thoughtful gesture made our day extra special. Thank you for this sweet surprise!

The food was amazing! I had these blueberry pancakes ( can’t remember the name) with a ricotta filling and toffee caramel sauce and walnut oat topping. They v were so good! My boyfriend had a reuben that was thick with corned beef that he really enjoyed. I would definitely go back to try other things! Oh and the pickles! They were so good! In between dill and sweet and still tasted like a cucumber!

talk about best kept secret on the planet – its Brewers Union !! found it on facebook – hands down best meal I’ve had – that lobster ravioli with shrimp & scallops and cream sauce I’d eat every meal forever ! best customer service – always bend over backwards to make sure your experience is first class !! it may be a ” diner ” but let me tell ya….its 5 star black tie food baby !! I always call and check availability – because their busy !! make a reservation because you don’t wanna be left out…and by all means wait…worth the wait is an understatement !!! owners and staff are heartfelt people who double check on your visit and make sure its incredible !! this is family feel kinda place….community feel kinda place…at home feel kinda place…its the kinda place you wanna know all their names and they yours !! its repeat kinda place…because you can”t get enough of their specials….regulars ….and the vibe !!! kinda place that just draws respect from their followers !!! brewers union….its a cult following for sure !!! try it out – see what its all about !!
