I love great coffee, so I was thrilled when Brew X came to town. Other shops have tolerable roasts at times, but Brew X is undeniably the best coffee in the valley with consistently good offerings. They have great roasts, a lovely Cortado, and imaginative seasonal flavored options without jumping into sugar bomb territory. If you seek out third wave roasters or want to try more complex flavor profiles, then you should check out Brew X.
They also offer great pastries and rotating offerings of warm breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos.
The shop has a lovely decor. It is nice to sit inside, and they have a hidden fenced in backyard patio. Stop in for a drink and enjoy some time downtown.

Best coffee in Ravalli and Missoula Counties. Great decor inside, love the bank vault in the back. I love that they make their own pastries and dont get the frozen, mass produced junk, too. The astroturf out back is unsettling though.

Amazing coffee shop with great espresso, coffee, drink flavors, and pour overs. There is a small pastry selection and a wall with coffee and merchandise. There is a couch and two small tables for seating. The shop is located next to Verizon through the hallway and upstairs. The owner is very nice, welcoming and happy to share his craft

A small start-up, Brew X is roasting flavorful beans with a full bodied blend and some subtle fruit-toned beans. Fun to visit once you’ve found it, you’ll be back for more. Their small shop is warm, inviting, and tastefully decorated; it’s perfect for visiting with friends, finishing up school or business work.
DO give them a taste.

Absolutely love this local gem! Owned by a friendly local couple, this coffee shop roasts its own beans on-site—every cup is fresh and full of flavor. Their baked goods are just as impressive: made from scratch daily with quality ingredients. You can truly taste the care in everything they serve.

I’m 100% a coffee snob and was excited to try Brew X when they first opened. My first time there I got a honey latte and it was 10/10 perfect. I’ve been many times since and have yet to be disappointed. Good, reliable coffee is hard to come by but Brew X has captured it!
