I ordered the Cantina Bowl and added chicken. The flavor was outstanding and I took half of it home because the portion was plentiful. My hubby ordered the waffle-fry chicken, which was outstanding (but be ready for a sugar rush)!
We will definitely be back!
Very frustrating experience.
We called the day before to ask about bringing in a group of 12. We were specifically told they were not busy and seating us would not be an issue.
When we arrived, that was clearly not the case. Despite many open tables, we were told we would have to wait over an hour. We even offered to split our group into multiple tables just so we could sit and order.
While we were standing there trying to figure out what to do, they seated another group of 11 people with no problem.
To make it worse, when we asked if we could at least sit somewhere and order drinks while waiting, we were told no.
If the restaurant didn’t want to accommodate a larger group, that should have been communicated when we called. Instead, we were given inaccurate information, showed up with a group expecting to be welcomed, and were essentially turned away.
We left and took our business somewhere else. Extremely disappointing service and poor communication.
Cool space and a lot of potential, but the experience missed the mark — kind of like a Cleveland sports season. The place was busy but clearly under-staffed, which led to slow service. The food was just okay, and the automatically added tip felt way too high for the level of service and wasn’t clearly communicated. With better staffing and transparency, this could be a much b
