I had the smash burger and onion rings at Brew Brothers inside Harrah’s Lake Tahoe, and everything was AMAZING. The burger was cooked absolutely perfectly — the meat was juicy and done just right, with so much flavor. It definitely wasn’t plain or bland at all. You can tell they know what they’re doing in the kitchen.
The onion rings were crispy and delicious, and even the fries held up so well. We took them home, and they were STILL good — not soggy, not cold, just as satisfying. That says a lot about the quality.
Huge shoutout to Jeremy Crookshank for cooking our food — you can really taste the care and attention put into it. We’ll definitely be back!

These were some of the best burgers I ever had. I was concerned initially because I thought this was a restaurant, and it’s just in the side of the casino. The cigarette smoke wasn’t too bad though. The prices are a bit high, but I assume that should be expected.

We had the French dip sandwich and fish and chips. The fish and chips was crispy, hot and two very large pieces of fish. Fries were good, but wish they were more crispy. The French dip was OK. The restaurant had taken over the old food court and is in the casino, lots of tv’s to watch sports games. It is loud in there so don’t expect to have a quiet conversation. A plus are the workers who were hired from the old American River restaurant. It was nice seeing familiar faces.

Good here is horrible. My burger bun was super cold like it was next to the fridge. Onion rings was so old that I had to tear it apart with force. Wife’s fries on her meal you can tell was just sitting there to where they was cold and firm. Burger bun and as burnt.

It was our first time at Brew Brothers and Debbie made it such a special experience for our family. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive from start to finish. She went out of her way to make sure my 2-year-old had a great experience, which meant so much to us as parents.
You can tell she truly cares about her guests. We’ll definitely be back and we hope to have Debbie again!

Still in their soft opening phase, so take with a grain of salt:
Blackberry Sage Martini – Delicious, addicting! Could be heavier on the sage, I barely tasted it at all. Still, I’ll take three more! Cheese Curds- good. I mean, fried cheese, crunchy breading, how can you go wrong? But the cajun ranch needs more cajun seasoning. Smash Burger – EXCELLENT, no notes. Oh wait, one. Advertise that it’s wagyu on the menu! I had to ask for pickles, which were crunchy and delicious. Fries – Meh, fine. Standard shoestring fries. Fish & Chips – Needs improvement on execution. The cod itself was excellent, but the breading slipped right off and there was a puddle of oil on the plate. My guest had to ask for lemons, malt vinegar, and was disappointed by the tiny coleslaw cup. Chocolate cake – GLORIOUS. I want to eat the whole cake like the chubby kid in Matilda.
Serving, hosting, and bussing staff were friendly, despite obviously running into some issues. Manager was friendly and visible talking to tables.
I’ll definitely be back in a few weeks to see how they’re doing!

OK! This was by far the best ever French dip I ever had! I split it with my sister. It’s a lot of food and we got a side salad. Everything was so good. It’s a prime rib. French dip and the meat was not fatty. It was delicious. OK for 36 bucks. This is a bargain and the best food. The service was amazing. We had Alex Alex was amazing. He took care of us. The food came out quickly, but it was hot and fresh and delicious. You have to come here and eat the French dip do it.

A Super Silly Review of Brew Brothers
After spending the day bombing down the slopes like a pack of overconfident snow-ducks, the crew pulled into Brew Brothers with only one mission: refuel before someone tried to eat their own ski glove.
We didn’t walk in.
We wobbled in.
Half from exhaustion… half because ski boots were absolutely not designed by anyone who loves humanity.
The moment we sat down, the appetizers swooped in like heroic calorie-delivery drones. Wings? Perfectly crispy and saucy enough to make us question our life choices (in the best way). Nachos? Basically a mountain of cheesy glory daring us to climb it—our second mountain of the day.
Then came the mains.
Pizza? Hot, melty, and delicious enough to make us forget we face-planted earlier.
Burgers? So good they should come with a warning label.
Steak? Juicy enough to restore the will to live after 14 wipeouts.
Salads? Surprisingly legit… in case someone wanted to pretend they were making responsible choices.
Service was fast, friendly, and unfazed by our “just survived the slopes” energy. Not a single eye roll at the puddle of melted snow forming under the table. True professionals.
In conclusion:
If you’re sliding off the mountain and need a place to slide into next, Brew Brothers is the perfect landing spot. Five stars. Would absolutely wobble in again.

Naomi did a great job with service-very attentive! Ordered pancakes & bacon. Needed more butter but Naomi got it straight away. Also ordered a House Bloody which had too much ice and needed more Bloody-could swig it down in 3 to 4 sips. If staying at Harrah’s super convenient for breakfast but not worth making a special trip. The acoustics are loud and I could hear conversations at the table all around.
