Not impressed at all. Looks high class but the service and food do not stand up to the expectations. Out of food on the menu, when we questioned an ingredient on the menu the Chef had no idea. Very dangerous for someone with allergies. I ordered a burger with fry’s. The burger was over cooked and the fry’s were mushy. Ribs were advertised as falling the bone. Not quite.
Until they figure this out I would avoid this unique dining experience.

My hubby insisted on ordering wings and pizza, which are two of my least favorite foods. But OMG, simply amazing place! Best wings ever!! The pizza was so moist and full of “stuff”, I ate two full slices (killed my diet) and left no crust behind.
Michele Porter-Remy our charismatic, bubbly, and oh-so-efficient server doubled our meal enjoyment. Do ask for her when you dine here. Two thumbs up and 10 stars!!!!

Got to the hostess station and was told there was a 10 minute wait when there were a good number of clean empty tables. We were seated about 6 minutes later. Our server took our orders. He brought them out promptly. We ordered lemon pepper wings, a bravarian pretzel, for the appetizer. Main course was brisket with potato salad and elote corn.
Appetizers
1. Wings cooked properly but no seasoning in the wings and no lemon pepper on the outer crust.
2. Pretzel was warm and soft mustard was on point but cheese was horrible. BEER cheese is simple and what is served with a pretzel not whatever that was.
Main course
1. Brisket was tender but dry and flavorless, even getting barbecue sauce for dipping did not help much.
2. Potato salad had onions in it ( not a fan)
3. Elote corn had authentic taste but my better half would not eat it.
All in all not worth the price tag. I will however come back to try the pizza and review that then.

The three of us enjoyed a great lunch on Friday, Jan 16, 2026. Tyler was our bar tender/server and he was great! Two of us had the French Dip and my wife had the chicken Philly cheese. Both dishes were very good and the food came out HOT. We will be dining there again.

My husband and I had dinner at Brew Brothers on Christmas Eve. It was a major disappointment. I had the Garlic Shrimp and Grits, the shrimp were under done and the shrimp were covered in spoonfuls of minced, jarred garlic. The grits were so overdone they had no texture left ( kind of like eating very unpleasant mush). The waiter was unimpressed with dissatisfaction). My husband had the rack of ribs which were underwhelming. They were “fall off the bone” but most likely from being oven baked or pressure cooked. Not a grill mark or char anywhere on them. And mixed with the sauce were greasy mess. The meal only received a second star because the fried cheese curds were good. My recommendation for this restaurant is stick with the “bar food” pizza and sandwiches. The higher end entrees are not ready for prime time.

I had a very disappointing experience at Brew Brothers. The customer service was poor from start to finish. I asked to substitute grits for bread with my meal, something I’ve had done here before without issue. The waitress immediately told me it couldn’t be done. When I explained that it had been done in the past, she escalated to a manager.
Instead of resolving the situation, the manager offered to charge me an additional $1.50 for the bread, along with the amount for the meal $25 for just six shrimp. He then spent time trying to justify this policy by saying it was meant to make the kitchen faster and keep customers happy. Honestly, good luck keeping customers happy when you can’t even swap grits for bread.
This was one of the worst examples of customer service I’ve experienced. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome, and I won’t be returning.

Update 12/17/2025: At the wife’s urging we have eaten here two more times since the original review below. We had a really great experience and a so so one. The last two visits had excellent service, so I bumped the score up to 4 stars for that. The food was really great one visit and then most recent was not really good, but not terrible either. Scorched buns for a hamburger really shouldn’t have been sent out. The food rating moved up to 3 stars from 1.
Original review 09/2025: The atmosphere and a local brew called the Nanthala Dirty Girl were the best parts of this restaurant. We (party of 2 adults) stopped here at the end of a wrong vacation that ended with an overnight stay at Harrah’s casino. Granted it was an hour before closing (what bar closes at midnight on a Friday night???) but there were a lot of menu items that were sold out of already. The waitress also seemed more interested in doing all of her side work instead of waiting on us. After being told a few of our first choices were sold out we decided to order appetizers while we continued to decide on which entrée we each wanted. After our appetizers came out the waitress high tailed it back to her side work instead of asking if we had decided on the rest of our order. Like she took off before we even had a chance to say anything after thanking her for bringing the appetizer and salad. After we flagged her down and told her we were ready to place the rest of our order, she seemed genuinely surprised. The food we ordered took forever to come out. When it did, the pizza was kinda warm instead of hot out of the oven, and they ran out of grated parmesan cheese, but I didn’t find out until after I got the pizza. So I thought outside of the box and asked for some of the parmesan they put on the Cesar salad to chop up as best as I could for my pizza. That reminds me, the salad that my wife ordered was supposed to have lardons on it, but they just put bacon bits on it. There is a huge difference between bacon bits and lardon. Since we were still in vacation mode we still tipped over 25% of the bill to the waitress and didn’t realise it until after we had left. It’s fine I guess, lord knows people need as much money as they can get these days. However, we won’t be returning here again. We can always order the beer at the bar if we are craving it.

I never give 5 stars in all categories to restaurants but this place was outstanding. Seated immediately. Tabi, our waitress took our order and delivered the food quickly. Everything was cooked to perfection. Our glasses were never empty and we got the check without having to ask for it. Thanks for the great service Tabi. The only negative was the “hood” music. Just too early in the morning for that.

Had gotten wings there before and they were really good. This time? Not so much. Takeout order…they gave us brown celery, no carrots, the wrong dressings and the chicken wings tasted awful because they completely forgot to put ANY lemon pepper seasoning on them. Too bad.
