After dropping in for a quick bite, we chose Erica and Brew-Bakers Cafe to make our wedding cake. The options were endless and Erica worked with us to make sure every detail of our wedding cake/dessert dreams came true! 12/10 recommend the vanilla cake with strawberry filling and cream cheese icing, but we also had multiple flavors of cake pops, mini-cupcakes, and parfait cups that were incredible. AND THE GROOMS CAKE?! Absolutely perfect and the best surprise ever for my husband! We gave Erica a vision and she executed it perfectly!

I’ve had a few of their cakes, and each time, they outdo themselves! This vanilla cake was for my 30th birthday, and the flowers were all made with buttercream, and the cake was so soft and delicious. Was met with kindness and positivity when I picked up my cake, and all around my experience was 10/10! Will absolutely be using their services again!

Stopped by on a Friday afternoon for lunch and had a phenomenal visit. The server was friendly and attentive, the food truly delicious. I had the lunch sandwich & soup combo and chose the chicken bacon ranch on sour dough with broccoli cheese soup. Highly recommend! They have vegetarian options including a mushroom sandwich which sounds divine, and a blackberry grilled cheese sandwich, which I definitely plan to try! Thank you for a truly wonderful experience!

Yet again, another perfect cake delivered. Baby shower cake – I had a bunch of pictures that I used to draw inspiration from and they were able to combine all the little things into one cake. Delicious, fluffy, moist and not soggy Chantilly strawberry cake!

A couple of friends told me about this place and how great it was. Well let me just say they were by no way exaggerating when they said this place was awesome! The sandwich I had was fantastic and very, very fresh! To me this is very important when it comes to food. Their deserts are also very good and is made in house which makes it all the better. On top of the food being great they have a huge array of teas as well! The environment is very good and is in a great location also. On top of everything else, their service was quick and the staff was very courteous! I will most certainly be returning in the near future again for sure! Highly recommend!

We’ve been getting baked goods from and having lunch at Brew Bakers for years their cakes are absolutely the best around. After the initial disappointment of the “Brew” meaning only tea, I’ve never been disappointed. They are great folks and the their cakes are even better the next day!
