Drove from Moore to edmond for some cajun and decided on Brents because of the menu options when I googled. Turns out they didnt have half of the items that were on the online menu that i wanted. No squash and zucchini, no greens for the greens n beans, no bananas foster. However the creole gumbo was really good and was packed with protein. It also had a good roux. The jalapeño cornbread was meh, nice texture just not alot of flavor or heat. The Mardi gras punch did it’s job lol.

This place never disappoints! Absolutely love the food and atmosphere! Everyone is so nice and friendly! They have amazing Red Bean and Rice, Blackened Red Fish and Wednesday special is just that Special! Smothered porkchop with rice. The pork was so tender you didn’t need a knife, just came apart with fork in perfect bite size pieces!

I’m not usually a big seafood fan, but since I’m trying to eat healthier, I stopped by Brent’s Seafood for lunch and ordered the redfish. It actually tasted pretty good. Honestly, my favorite part was the bread (of course). Everyone was friendly, and I’ll likely be back to give it another try soon.

Super disappointing! The food just wasn’t any good, then imagine my surprise when I ordered their lunch special for $14.99 and then I get my check and the cost is $20.48. The menu says lunch special Pasta Alfredo $14.99 with choice of chicken, shrimp, sausage or crawfish. However, they charged me $5.49 for the shrimp, stating that the protein isn’t included. I came in for the lunch special on my birthday and left super disappointed

Dinner here was so different, definitely brought the Mardigra team for sure, love the bar outlook very calming and brings out a good chill vibe…….the kiddos love the seafood choices and well i love the spice…….definitely a place we will try again……follow on Instagram @makaveligirl2.

There were 5 of us and two got the crab boils with extras which meant we spent WAY too much money but most of the food was great. The crab bisque was out of this world phenomenal! When you get any sort of seafood bisque in Oklahoma you expect really small portions of mediocre seafood. It was loaded with crab and was delicious. The stuffed grilled shrimp was good but I probably wouldn’t get it a second time. It was a bit on the overdone side. With tip- we spent over $300- which was surprising and obviously not something we’d do outside of a really special occasion. Service was great! Would definitely recommend but be prepared to spend quite a bit.

Place wasn’t too busy for a weekend afternoon. The waiter was very friendly and accommodating. Loved all the food! My gumbo was very flavorful. My husband didn’t like his meal. Not pictured, he said the sandwich was really wet and slimy due to an overlaid of sauces and the homemade chips were very oily. Despite that, we’d still come back!

Started with shrimp cocktail into crab stuffed mushrooms followed by Gator tail which lead to Brents oysters and then some charbroiled oysters followed by a Mardi gras cocktail. Needless to say we were way to full to entertain an entree but I did get a potroast to go lol….
