The overly food colored blueberry bagel really turns me off. My son loves blueberry bagels and I usually get from whole foods or regular grocery stores and they don’t have food colors used like this. It’s really unnecessary.

IM TERRIFIED !!!! Ordered 4 arnold palmers (that we used to love) every single one we ordered had MOLD coated on the bottom of the cups. Seems like they neglect to clean the machine. We were all so disgusted we threw out everything (even all our food). We called them to tell them about the drinks but they told us since we ordered them through doordash they couldnt help us. They did apologize though…that was it. I wanna puke … Sad because we loved this place and loved giving them business

Great everything bagel wish it was warm yet a great crisp and chew with very generous portion of cream cheese. Better and more reasonable pricing than Bagel Boss.. appetizing looks great too Will return.

There appears to be new management and staff and this represents a major improvement. We stopped going to this eatery a year ago because of how poorly it was run. We finally decided to give it another chance and we’re thrilled to see it being run by a new team. Keep up the great work.

There is no way to reply so here is my reply to your inaccurate response.
My review was all factual. I was told to pickup my order at 9, which was 30 mins after I ordered. I ended up waiting > 20 mins at your store. I did wait > 50 mins for my order. If you cannot handle your orders, stop taking them. But please don’t justify your mistake / incompetence by being defensive and rude.
Mgmt did not try to talk to me. After waiting patiently, when my order was finally ready, I politely told your manager that I waited > 50 mins for the order. Shen then gave me many excuses of being busy, with a lot of attitude. She was unapologetic. I didn’t argue. I quietly left.
You do a great job servicing your customers? In my case, all evidence to the contrary.
I’m being accused of being a person using the internet to hurt someone’s business? All evidence to the contrary. Over the past 6 years, I’ve written 6 reviews. I rarely write one. Excluding your review, all 5 have been stellar reviews (5 of 5). Not worth my time writing a bad one. But in your case, I made an exception. I’m simply sharing my experience, which was subpar. Please don’t accuse and attack your customer (former) for writing an honest review because it’s not a good one.

Have gone a few times this past month for breakfast and lunch and was quite pleased. They have a wide range of breakfast and lunch items. The portion is generous and ingredients were very fresh. They also have healthy grain bowls but I probably won’t try them lol. Definitely added to my rotation for eating out.

I took my family here for the first time today. When they say “Not just Bagels” They mean it. The choices for Breakfast, lunch and dinner are limitless, but what’s most important is the quality. the shrimp salad is made with whole Jumbo shrimp, the Lobster bisque was excellent. I had a grilled chicken panini with Fresh Mozzarella and Roasted Red peppers YUM!! My daughter had an Acei bowl and a everything bagel with FRESH Lox and cream cheese. Now, I know these items are not unique, but the freshness and quality is off the charts. That’s just the tip of the iceberg, so many things to choose from, oh, did I mention cookies and desert, it’s crazy. Of course all the staff gave Amazing service, friendly, fast, happily answered questions. They even came over to the table to ask how everything was, the place is clean. Great experience, Can’t wait to go back.
