This is a gem!! The food is made from scratch from her and her mom’s own recipes. It’s not fast food – it’s made from the heart and with heart. The food is delicious, with tender meats and savory flavors. It’s not spicy but it has a delicious spice to it. Kids couldn’t wait to dig in! I would pay more than these prices for this level of quality. The portions are generous, or what my 17 year old says is perfect. My 10 year old picky eater gives it a 9/10 – which is the highest he has given any food. She is over by The Ranches golf course area, at the edge of Eagle Mountain and Saratoga Springs. Super easy to hop off highway 73, grab a bite and be on your way again.

What a new treasure in Lehi!!! I was driving to the Post Office and ran across this cool looking Food Truck and just had to go visit that same day.
I was in Belize once and had some chicken, beans and rice. We absolutely loved it, and Bree’s did not disappoint. We opted for the Chicken Tacos and they were wonderful. A very nice presentation, fair price. We got beans and rice (with dish). Also just soooo good.
The service was very good as well. They offered to let me test their soup. Definitely gonna visit again and try other things. The empanadas look tempting.
Presentation is very appetizing. Lots of color. Fresh. Cabbage, pickled onions that were perfect (I’m not an onion person). Cilantro. Fresh corn tortillas. The chicken recipe is right on.
Go support a great new local business!!!

I had never tried Belizean food before and so have to say it’s amazing! I had the chicken plate and empanadas and I will be going back for sure. Bree is great to talk to and is so kind. This is a must try!

Let me start by saying I lived in Belize for about 6 months. I miss the food there ever day. There is so much comfort and love in rice and beans and stewed chicken and let me tell you this place does NOT disappoint.
The stewed chicken fell apart in your mouth, all the flavors melded together like a perfect harmony. The rice and beans were soft and flavorful, perfect compliment to the chicken. And of course her sweet jack was the perfect desert to end it all!
She is so friendly and kind. Laid back and chill just like I was at a restaurant in Belize. It was so fun to share excitement about how much I loved it there with her. She listened to me blabber on and on.
If you are looking for a new comfort food, try this place. It will not disappoint.

Amazing homemade food! We tried the chicken plate. The chicken just fell apart. The potato salad was great, homemade for sure. We also tried the three plate deal, forgot the name. But the empanada was chewy and great texture. You can taste the masa in the tacos. So authentic. Can’t wait to go back and try more. Super Friendly customer service. This place is great.

The food looked great, overall tasted great, the location was nice since it was a great weather day. It was on a corner in Main Street Lehi, UT when we visited. The service was awesome. I could tell the empanadas were really quality dough. But for some reason ours were incredibly salty. My wife usually adds salt to everything where I don’t, and even she said it was too salty. I ended up eating the leftovers with a sweeter dipping sauce and it evened out but something must have gone wrong today with that salt! I would say make sure you don’t bring young kids if you’re going to sit down because we ended up going to a party store to use the bathroom and that caused all sorts of drama afterwards. Plus, it’s on a pretty heavily used road, so I was nervous my kids would jump in the road.
Overall definitely worth a shot. I’m just mad my wife got the coconut rice and didn’t share, that sounded super yummy!

Wow wow wow. We finished our food and we already want to go back for more! My favorite were the Garnaches. And I love that she is seed oil free she fries everything in coconut oil and her mayonnaise is avocado oil mayonnaise so I can even have her potato salad. So happy to have a place like this out here. 100% I would recommend eating here!

It’s so worth it, if you haven’t tried Belizean or if you have just do it! Worth a drive too. Bree was so kind and really wanted me to try the fry bread dessert, so she threw it on the order free of charge. The fried plantains are a must the side of crema and black beans complement so we’ll.

Bree was super nice when my wife and I ordered food from her food truck and the food was delicious! It even tasted wonderfully tropical. The flavors combined in a very nuanced and interesting way. I didn’t think I’d like the red onions as they often to be overpowering but not in her dishes. I’d definitely recommend her to friends and family because it’s really good stuff!
