The beer is good. The food is okay.
There are many seating options from covered patios to indoor seating one the main level and upstairs seating.
I was polite and patient throughout the interaction. When I was told the order wasn’t ready, I calmly asked for an estimated wait time so I could communicate accurately with my customer. The response was condescending and unhelpful.
When the order was ready, she spoke to me in a demeaning tone and said “no you didn’t” as I was walking away, implying that I had not accepted the order correctly or did not know how to do my job. This accusation was completely uncalled for.
Because the behavior felt targeted and continued throughout the interaction, I asked her directly, “What is your problem with me?” She responded with a fake smile and said “Nothing, have a great day” which only reinforced how dehumanizing the entire experience felt.
What makes this especially disappointing is that I’ve lived in this area for over six years, and have been to this bar before as a customer. I’ve never been treated this way in the past, which makes the contrast in attitude difficult to understand.
Delivery drivers are simply doing their jobs and are an extension of a business’s customer service. I remained professional and patient the entire time, but this experience left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected.
For food we tried the drumsticks with their IPA Buffalo sauce which was really good. Also the Nachos come in a big portion size which is sharable.
They also have a good kids menu and we ordered the Mac & cheese.
Overall great experience and even bought some of their beer to go.
Quite spacious considering second floor seats.
Beer is not so bad but not so impressive as well, but the foods were great. The vibe itself makes the place worth a visit. The neighborhood is clean and neat too.
