It’s $10 for three pancakes, and $18 for the special with eggs and sausage? What are you getting that’s cheaper than that in New York City …

Everything was actually really good!! I got the 2+2+2. The griddle cakes were amazing, we got the banana walnut one. It tastes like oatmeal made into a pancake, I love it!! The chicken sausage was also really good. Simple menu, great for indecisive people like me. It would be nice if they expanded their drink options! But overall, a great brunch spot and I’m definitely coming back to try the rest of the griddle cakes. Service was also nice.

Hands down – BEST PANCAKES OF MY LIFE. Enough said. Their eggs and sausage are actually good quality, too. Not the 99 cent eggs, y’all! The biggest problem here is the utter confusion of the customers at ordering breakfast at a counter and being prepared to do so after waiting in line, vs waiting in line for 10 minutes, THEN getting to the counter and deciding to start looking over the menu. 😉 Good thing they serve delicious mimosas with fresh OJ. But, for real… This place is worth a visit and I am currently trying to find a way to make pancakes with oats. They also do not use syrup because their butter is infused with it… And it is also perfection. Take me back!!!!! Or, better yet, just open one in Austin, Texas. =D #pancakes #nyc #breakfast

Tried the 2+2+2 and a side of potatoes!! It was all absolutely delicious, the pancakes are spectacular! If all healthy pancakes tasted like this, I would eat them more often!! I tried the OG Panckaes because well that’s what they are known for!

They do rush you out so it’s quick meal once you are inside. I waited 1 hour for this, but it was worth it.

I had Oatmeal Dark Chocolate Chip Pancake and my friend has Banana Walnut. Both of them are extremely delicious. They are served with Butter. The interiors of the place were amazing. The atmosphere was cozy. We had a wait time of roughly 10 mins on a weekend morning. Highly recommended this place if you are in NY for only a day.

Best. Griddle. Cakes. Period. OMG, if you’re looking for a charming, delicious breakfast, stop scrolling and head to Breakfast by Salt’s Cure. The vibe when you walk in is just chef’s kiss—super cute, bright, and instantly makes you feel like your day is going to be good.

I ordered the 2+2+2 breakfast (two griddle cakes, two soft scrambled eggs, and two sausage patties) and can we talk about those griddle cakes?!

Here’s the kicker and a huge win for the gluten-free crowd: they can make any of their cakes gluten-free! I got the “OG” Griddle Cakes (GF, of course) topped with that incredible cinnamon molasses butter. They are thin and perfectly crispy around the edges with a sweet, molten center. Seriously, some of the best I have ever had.

My partner ordered the regular banana walnut cakes, and I’m just going to say it: the GF version was the winner! They were somehow even better than the original.

The soft scrambled eggs were perfectly fluffy, and the sausage patties were savory and excellent. This place is an absolute gem for a delightful and genuinely delicious start to your day. Highly recommend!

Fresh OJ – great!

Coffee – they use Oslo coffee

The pancake is unique. Tastes good!

Its over-cooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside. Maybe lower the temperature a little ?

Sunny side up eggs: Good quality eggs but the same issue with the cooking style. Bottom is overcooked and the egg white on the top wasn’t cooked. Picture for reference.

I had the pink lady griddle cakes (gluten free and dairy free) and chicken sausage. I was very surprised at how delicious the griddle cakes were. They had a crispy edge and were moist and flavorful. The pink lady apples were cooked and distributed through the griddle cakes. I tend to be vary of places that are recommend on social media but this place lives up to the hype. The griddle cakes are flavorful and sweet, no syrup needed.

We went on a weekday morning and they were busy but we didn’t have trouble getting a seat. I can this place getting very busy on a weekend.

My opinion is going to be a bit on the negative side. Not so much their fault, it’s just me being super picky. My wife got a sausage egg and cheese bagel and liked it. I got the 2x2x2 with regular griddle cakes, scrambled eggs, pork sausage. She liked hers. Mine was just ok. Again not their fault it’s just not for me. The one thing that I found irritating was you had to pay for per glass of milk or juice. It was $4 for a small glass of milk.

Overall a nice little spot to check out but if you’re lucky like me it’s probably not for you.

Shitty overpriced pancakes and their coffee is far from acceptable. If you are hungry and don’t want to waste your time and money just avoid this place. Overall they sell the aesthetic and a concept however the quality of their food fall below average
