Breadsmith is a great, fresh bakery offering lots of options that change daily. We love getting their seasonal bread and daily specials. However, there have been multiple occasions recently where I have ordered their Chocolate sourdough (really delicious) on their mobile app for pickup on Saturday morning, and when I get to the store they don’t have it. This is a little frustrating as it’s only offered on Saturday and confusing why the app accepts the order if they don’t have it available.

I’m afraid to eat regular store bought bread that doesnt spoil because of all the chemical preservatives and dough conditioners that are nothing to me but poison to our bodies.

Apple pie bread was so good. The cookies weren’t as good as they use to be. We were there 45 min before closing. We were amazed at the waste, understand not being able to donate due to allergies, but maybe a day old table for the next day.

The addition of fresh baked cookies only enhances the wonderful selection of products they have. I consider it some of the best baked bread around. I have been going to Bread Smith’s for years and always get fresh baked bread that is delicious. Highly recommended.

Wonderful bakery. Everything made fresh and the place smells delicious. Very happy with everything we purchased. Especially the chocolate babka and the cinnamon cobblestones. First time we’ve had it. It was so good I went back 2 days later and got some more for our family and one of each for our neighbor. Wish they had a cinnamon babka too

For my first time there, racism is really still occurring. I asked about the different types of products they had. One lady gave me information. I asked to use the restroom. One employee told me it was being cleaned. Then another employee stated she just cleaned it. First respondent said, it must be being double cleaned. As they continued to serve other white customers ahead of me. I left not wanting to place an order for a large party.

We LOVE Breadsmith!!!! Not only do they have the best bread but they are so kind to the Whitefish Bay community and school children who visit them daily for delicious samples. We are so fortunate to have access to such delicious bread, I have a difficult time buying bread from any other source. They also have the best email sign up! I actually read them and love the coupons. They are not like other retailers that send daily emails, they send one a month and it’s worth it! Also, love the birthday email. Thank you BREADSMITH!

Just left there and I’m very displeased! The guy at the counter was not friendly at all. Didn’t greet us on entering or even as he came to assist. There were no sample of today’s bread out either. Just the labels. I bought a roll and a pastry and they are dry! They don’t taste fresh. I haven’t been here since I was in middle/early high school 6-8 years ago and I won’t be coming back in.
