BreadFlower is a cottage bakery specializing in handcrafted gluten-free sourdough bread, pizza crusts, and more. Made with 100% wild yeast and gluten-free flour, our products are long-fermented for easier digestion and that distinct sourdough taste. Our products are free from gums and preservatives, and are intended to be enjoyed by all. Find our gluten-free sourdough products on Thursdays at the Methow Valley Food Shed in Winthrop, and at the Methow Valley Farmers Market in Twisp (Saturdays from 9 – 12, April 12 – October 31).
