For a small Midwest town – Palmyra MO – of only 3,588 population, this is a 5 star find. Against the world ok maybe 4 star! They make their dough fresh from scratch. Their sauce is handmade from scratch and has flavors that build from the first bite to addictive profiles halfway through a small special pizza. It reminded me of a much better version of my homemade passata, with a perfect balance of tomato acidity, garlic, and mild herbs. Some unrefined palates might not be able to identify those subtleties, but the combo of unique dough flavor, creamy cheese and great passata sauce was addictive!
The iced tea was better than most and with a shot of lemonade was so refreshing.
Both staff members were polite, attentive, and although one was young and seemed new, he answered every question, was appreciative of my feedback and was engaged.
My wife has celiac and she tried the gluten free cauliflower crust and remarked it was really good, and she approved.
I added a pick of the last crust bite, because you can see how perfectly cooked it is. Flaky, crunch with a soft inside mmm.

Small pizza joint located off of Main Street in Palmyra, Missouri. Plenty of parking on both sides of Main Street. We ordered the vegetarian pizza and bread sticks. The food was good. The pizza crust is to die for. The establishment was clean and spacious. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was due to service. The two young men working weren’t rude, but weren’t very pleasant either. Maybe they were having a bad night ♀️ Definitely worth the detour

Excellent experience! We went around 4:30 on a Monday night. It wasn’t crazy busy, but there was a steady flow of people coming in for their pick up orders. Seemed to be a favored spot for many. Our family will return for sure. We bought 2 lg pizzas for $13 each & 1 cinnamon bread stick pizza lg for $8. Western BBQ & Hawaiian were pizza names. All was so delicious! Staff was friendly. If like to return for their pizza and for some quaint antique/2nd hand shopping in the area. Seems like a nice day vacation location.

Restaurant presentation typical of small town America: teens working the counter, friendly but distant; seasonal decor and atmosphere; 80s radio hits, easy to hear but not loud. Ordered Small hand-tossed Meat Eaters. Overpriced at nearly $15. Toppings fairly savory, but sauce was very plain; needs garlic and spices to pair with the cheese and meat. Cooked well, not overly crusty. Recommend, if pizza is your Must Have. Otherwise, I’ll go elsewhere next time.

We ordered the thin crust meat pizza, hand tossed pepperoni, cheese sticks, and a dessert butter stussel pizza. It was ready right when it was supposed to be, and it was so fresh and hot. I love the pizza from here.

I love eating here my only problem is the cheese bread it’s hit or miss. Sometimes it’s tough and burnt. Then not very cheesy etc. Today did not taste done enough or something it wasn’t good at all. I don’t know why this has been such a issue with the cheese bread. I’m almost to the point I don’t even wanna order it anymore cause I don’t know what I’m gonna get. Please somehow try to fix this issue for as much as cheese bread cost make it edible thanks
