I love Breadeaux pizza as a brand, their pizza has always been my favorite and I’ve had other locations but I was unfortunately disappointed by the quality of this one. I ordered delivery and maybe it would’ve been better hot but the breadsticks and pizza were doughy, the breadsticks had little very little parmesan and were in a bag so they got soggy, heavy on garlic powder or turmeric?? they tasted not like breadsticks. overall I expect better quality from Breadeaux but I’m sure the owner is doing their best.

The owner is so kind. I ordered via Door Dash delivery & she called me to let me know that nobody picked up my order. When I went & picked it up she was even kind enough to cancel my DD so that I wouldn’t get double charged. My pizza was very delicious

I don’t go out for pizza very often, so when I do I like to choose quality. My son and I had the lunch buffet yesterday and it was delicious. The owner and staff were friendly and respectful and responsive. There’s a nice variety on the buffet and it was replenished often. Not only was the experience great, they also invest in the community including donating to the local library foundation. It’s satisfying to support a local business. We will definitely be back!

Edit- I spoke with the owner, and he was more than accommodating to make this right. We were supposed to stop for pizza last Friday, but our plans changed. His willingness to ensure customer satisfaction tells me that this was an isolated incident. Things happen we can’t control. I’m deleting my negative feedback because I don’t believe it reflects the true quality of their product.

I moved to Grimes over a year ago. Breadeaux is right across the street from the library, which I visit frequently. I decided to try it for the first time on a Friday night. I ordered online for takeout – Medium Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza and an order of Breadsticks. The estimated time was right on – about 30 minutes. Pickup was easy and the two guys at the counter were friendly. Toppings are plentiful on the pizza. The crust is light and puffy with a nice buttery flavor. The breadsticks have a light seasoning on them and come with dipping sauce. I ate half of both and have plenty for leftovers. About $20.00 plus tip.

Went around 11:30 with a group of 12 people since they were located me Skyzone. The website said Open at 11 am. However, the open sign wasn’t glowing and doors were locked. There was nothing indicating they would be closed. Never been here before but we won’t be returning again either.

When I was little there was a Breadeaux in Carter Lake. It was the best pizza in the world. Then a few years back they closed the one in Council Bluffs. Now you can only find it in Urbandale/Grimes.
