I had heard so many great things about this place and was finally able to get the chance to try it, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I could see why it comes so highly recommended. If you’re in the mood for a really good, satisfying salad, this is definitely the spot. One of my favorite touches was having the salad stuffed inside bread. The extra layer made the meal feel more filling and unique compared to your typical salad experience.
I also loved the build-your-own option, which lets you customize everything exactly to your liking. There was an impressive selection of toppings, all of which tasted incredibly fresh and high quality. I tried the buffalo chicken with tweaking a couple toppings. Each ingredient complemented the other perfectly, making every bite enjoyable. You can really tell they take pride in the freshness and presentation of their food.
Overall, I had a great experience and a refreshing change if you’re looking for something lighter but still hearty and flavorful. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys fresh, customizable meals, and I’ll definitely be back to try different combinations next time. Also get the juicy peach lemonade !

We finally came by after months of thinking about it. So glad we did! The salad and zeppelin were so fresh and flavors perfect. The staff were helpful and friendly for our first time. I had the Cobb zeppelin and my husband had the steak Ceaser. Both were delicious, but the bread was perfect on mine.

Heard so much good things about this place and was finally able to get the chance to try it. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for a good filling meal that won’t make you feel gross later. My favorite part is you can build your own, add any toppings all fresh and delicious. Whoever came up with the idea to stuff a salad inside a hollowed out baguette I hope your pillow always remains cold.

I tried Bread Zeppelin today and was a little underwhelmed. I love Salata, so I expected something similar but with the added twist of bread. I ordered the Southwest since it came highly recommended, but I chose the Champagne Vinaigrette instead of the ranch or blue cheese that Bread Zeppelin suggests. The bread itself was soft with a nice crunch, but it wasn’t warm, and the overall entrée was very dry. I could barely taste the dressing, so I’m guessing the vinaigrette is very light and thin rather than creamy. It was filling, but not very enjoyable. I’ll give it another try with one of the recommended dressings to see if that makes a difference. That said, if you have to pay an extra $0.99 for additional dressing just to avoid dryness, it feels less appealing. For now, I’d say it was okay, but not impressive.

Came here for lunch twice now, and like the concept and the sandwiches I’ve tried and recommend the southwest and Lonestar sandwiches. Even had bite of my wife’s sandwich which had apples in which nice and healthy. Their tomato soup was tasty. Will be back!

Just tried Bread Zeppelin for the first time and I am officially obsessed. I ordered the Tejano Caesar, and wow, this thing is packed with flavor. Fresh, bold, perfectly made, and honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. If you’re on the fence, trust the hype and trust the critics, it truly delivers. And do not skip dessert. The bread pudding was warm, rich, and the perfect sweet finish. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind, patient, and accommodating, the kind of service that makes you want to come back even faster.

Their literal BREAD and butter (pun intended) is salad bowls. They offer salads without bread, but a zeppelin is a unique bread bowl where you get a hollowed out baguette to enjoy. There are also soups and options for kids like a “half zeppelin”
The menu offers classics like Caesar, southwest, etc, but they also have plenty of signature salads to choose from. You can also build your own with so many choices of veggies and dressings. They also have chips, drinks, cookies, and right on brand… BREAD pudding
You order with the staff and they will ask you some questions to see about modifications. You can order through the app OR try their user friendly kiosks by the to-go station
The salad I had (southwest) was very tasty. I wasn’t sure how I would feel about a bread bowl like this, but it works really well as a salad sandwich because the bread is so thin and lightly toasted. It is an interesting juxtaposition having the cold salad components and the warm crispy baguette
The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. I know they’ve been open for a while, but it was the staff service level you might find on opening weekend… everyone was on point, and you were well taken care of. Also, from the time I ordered to when I received my order was less than 2 minutes

Join their rewards programs for exclusive deals and free stuff. I noticed that many people were ordering togo through the app. They also offer catering for all your party and business needs. Once you order through the app for the first time you will get $5 off. This isn’t the cheapest salad spot as roughly $13 for a zeppelin, but the experience is well worth it

Matt greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. Warm and inviting. After discovering this was our first time he explained the process told us some fan favorites and we got to ordering. We both enjoyed our sandwich. The broccoli soup was bomb. I got the metropolitan, ate half and the other half for dinner. I will return to try something else. Oh and the bread pudding was the perfect end to my meal.

Finally found a fantastic spot in Houston for healthy and delicious food! We dined in and ordered a Zeppelin and a Bowl. Typically the Zeppelin typically includes four ingredients and the Bowl six. We customized our orders with extra toppings for a small additional charge. We’ve also ordered online and had a great experience both times. The friendly staff and fresh, delicious ingredients make this place a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back!
