I was introduced to this spot by a friend, and I’ll admit my expectations were low when I heard the cakes didn’t use eggs. But after one bite, I was completely won over. My absolute favorite is their butterscotch cake. It’s rich, flavorful, and perfectly moist. These cakes are so popular that slices often sell out quickly, so I highly recommend reserving ahead of time if you want to guarantee your pick.
Even their cookies are tasty, though I do think they’re a bit pricier for the quantity you get. Still, the cakes are definitely the star of the show and worth every penny.

Today was my first time at this local bakery and definitely will not be my last. My first impression after tasting their treats is that the owner of this place must have a deep passion and love for baking. The flaky stuffed pastries were absolutely delicious. The long-shaped one contained potatoes and peas, and the square-shaped one contained cottage cheese. Both were so fresh and perfectly spicy. The spongy mango and pineapple cream pastries were incredibly light and perfectly sweet. The food experience was fantastic, and I look forward to trying their bread and ordering a custom-made birthday cake on my next visit. This bakery is a hidden gem and deserves to be #1 in Long Island!

This is my favorite bakery. I introduced my daughter to this bakery she’s been hooked ever since with their pineapple cake. And I like their chocolate cup cake with chocolate cream or vanilla cream frosting also butter scotch cake, etc. And there’s other options as well. Very delicious. I come about 2 to 3 times in a month, maybe more. Love this place. They also have number candles and regular candles for the cake, as well as balloons and different options, samosas pastries, fresh bread loaf. They are such a beautiful little hidden gem in Hicksville.

They made my mom the most beautiful and delicious tiramisu birthday cake…I asked for a few tweaks and was rewarded with an outstandingly amazing cake. In addition to that, the staff were fantastic. This place is the best place to get your cake orders made ! They make the best cakes and they all taste amazing ! This is the only bakery I will go to from now on. Bishnu and his wife have amazing hospitality and treated me like I was their family. They made my daughter’s Berry First birthday cake and did an amazing job. They made my vision come to life!
