Excellent bakery specializing in sourdough. Completely seed oil free. Sourdough cinnamon rolls were the best I’ve had. I also had a great golden milk latte while I visited. I’ll definitely make this a regular stop when I travel up this way.

Amazing bakery. Got there about 30 minutes after opening on a Sunday, and there was already a line (but not too long).
Had their famous egg souffle with bacon, it was delicious. The portion size is quite large, should’ve only ordered one.
Also tried their guava & cheese croissant which I’d recommend as a sweet but not too sweet choice.
Lastly we had their herb biscuit (forgot the name) which was also great!
Highly recommend checking this place out, will come back

Arrived a little after opening on a Sunday morning and there was already a line out the door and down the steps. If you’re just there for a coffee, you can scan a QR code to order drinks directly for pick up. For everything else, you just queue; it moves at a decent pace but nevertheless be prepared to wait. The line ebbs and flows with morning traffic.
The egg souffle sandwich is a must. Guava cheese pastry was fun, cheddar bisquit was herby and fluffy. Sat on the porch area for dine in and also bought an olive oil and herb sourdough loaf to go.
Will be back for more!!

Cute little bakery. An incredible aroma wafts out from the door. All of their baked goods are made in-house. We tried the chicken BLT and butter croissant. The croissant is perfectly laminated, crunchy, and overall divine. Would recommend stopping by if in the area.

Best bakery in flemington! Everything is homemade and they sell amazing fresh bread. Coffee is also really good! The only thing is seating is limited so I recommend to go early or make it a grab and go!

OMGGGG spring to this place. Some of the best pastries I’ve ever had – perfectly flaky, fluffy and flavorful. Wow – I’m coming back next time for the souffled bacon egg and cheese as it seemed everyone in line was ordering that. We went for some of these delicious looking pastries. The cinnamon roll was so unique and delicious, I’ve never had anything like it. My husband also makes sourdough and said this is some of the best he’s had! Thank you!!

I thought it is more hyped than what it actually deserves. I found the food quite average. The coffee was okay. We ordered the smoked salmon sandwich and did not like the bread at all. The fig pastry was good. Everything was also very expensive.

For the past 5 years my family has had a loaf (or more) of country sandwich from B&C every week. We’ve waited hours in line at markets and at the shop. It’s that good, and worth showing up with all of your patience and kindness. Bonus is connecting with fellow community members over our love of all the goodness this family and team brings our bellies every week. Thank you Paolo and Bread and Culture family! ❤️

The sourdough loaf, seasonal toasts, and croissants are one of a kind at Bread & Culture. You can really taste the difference!
We love to wash it down with a coffee or hot cocoa- which they also do so well! I <3 local bakeries- definitely #PunjabiApproved!

Bread & Culture is an amazing local Flemington establishment that has out-of-this-world amazing sourdough bread (many varieties), pastries and breakfast goodies. We love this place!! It’s so quaint and lovely inside, and the porch seating is wonderful for experiencing the local flavor. The service is fantastic, with the people behind the counter always super friendly. Definitely recommend without a doubt!
