I drove 2 hours to try Bread and Bottle and it was worth every mile! The food is out of this world — super fresh, packed with flavor, and served hot. The pickles deserve their own shout-out… crisp, tangy, and downright addictive. And don’t even get me started on the homemade ranch — it’s the kind of sauce you want to dip everything in. The waitresses were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. For a small-town local pub, this place punches way above its weight. Bread and Bottle has officially set the bar high — I’ll definitely be back!

I brought my family here after meeting one of the owners and her father. We bonded over us hosting an exchange student from Germany, and them having spent significant time in Germany. All that aside, the food and atmosphere were great! The fries were amazing! We enjoyed music bingo and our boy even won a round. We will definitely be back!

Waitress was very attentive. Had the Philly cheese steak lunch sandwich on jalapeño bread, it was good, but I felt there could have been a bit more meat and seasoning. Loaded fries…cooked in beef tallow too. They have a good selection of bottled beverages/sodas.

The food here is phenomenal. I ordered the turkey bacon avocado sandwich with a side of the tallow fries, and my friend got the harvest salad. Both of us enjoyed our food immensely. The sandwich was full of flavor, and those fries were some of the best I’ve ever eaten. Perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Also they make their own ranch, and that tasted amazing. Perfect pairing with the fries.
I will definitely be back.
Our waitress was super sweet and friendly, and she took good care of us. The only complaint I have is that I don’t think restaurant staff should be allowed to wear ripped/shredded jeans at work. It doesn’t look professional and gives a sloppy appearance. But I blame that more on the decline of the culture since it’s probably acceptable in many settings now.
The atmosphere of the place was charming, there were a lot of old-timey, vintage touches to the interior which I love. I look forward to returning!

We do weekly DoorDash Dinners at our house and my husband came across this restaurant and it did not disappoint at all!! We ordered the Pulled Pork Loaded Fries topped with jalapeños, Philly Cheesesteak Panini on Jalapeño Focaccia with Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese, Southwest Chipotle Chicken Panini on Garlic Focaccia with Regular Mac and Cheese. All of the food was flavorful, both focaccia’s were delicious and fluffy, and the servings were not skimpy for the price. 100/10 and would definitely recommend. This is will a part of our weekly DoorDash Dinners!

This spot was recommended to us and we are super glad we went! Love this gem in Princeton!
Our server was fantastic, she was knowledgeable and personable. She was very responsive and attentive.
The food had great quality ingredients! Focaccia (plain & garlic) were excellent! I had the Caprese with fries and it was perfect, no notes! As was the bruschetta, fresh and super tasty. Where it went a little off track for us was with the pickle…it was a fresh dill pickle but had a cinnamon tang to it which was odd. The Italian Panini had excellent quality meat/cheese but the balsamic glaze was too sweet for our tastes. The loaded fries …TBH the chili tasted like a canned chili however our server assured us that it was house made. The beer cheese was ok but what felt missing was crunch. There were a few green onions underneath the toppings so they lost the crunch to give it texture. More of those and on top would help.
The regular fries and homemade chipotle ranch were very tasty! We will definitely return and know that there were more items on the menu we’d love to try! Would love to see a Cuban on the menu though as all the ingredients are there.

Went today for lunch. They open at 11. We got there about 11:15 and waited about 10 minutes to be seated. There were only people at two tables but there was only one person seating people and taking orders. The server was very nice and the food was amazing. The reason for 4 stars is that it is not diabetic friendly. Server sent me to the cooler to search for a diet soda. I found one out of a large variety. No sugar substitute for unsweet tea or coffee. I will definitely go back; but, I will bring my organic monk fruit to sweeten the tea or coffee. Their salads are beyond; but only 3 choices for dressing, so I will bring that also.

It was our 1st time finally getting to stop in. Definitely gotta go back for lunch. Breakfast wasn’t 100% our favorite.
We got a panini sandwich and asked if we want biscuit. I was wondering how you can panini a biscuit (you can’t) which I wish they would have told us.
The potatoes was cooked perfect ! The little Bundt pancakes was amazing !
But so far definitely not my favorite gotta have.
I can definitely see the place being a good fun place to hang out and chill though

I live 4 blocks from bread & bottle and we were anticipating this place opening for years! It is exactly what our town has needed. The food is fantastic and fresh and I love that they don’t use seed oils, but beef tallow instead. So the fried food (wings and fries) has a great rich flavor. And their bread flour they use is organic and not bleached or enriched. They bake the bread fresh daily, and it’s great. Thr jalapeño cheddar focaccia is my go-to. My wife likes the garlic focaccia.
They have an amazing fenced in outdoor area with a playground set that is great for letting my kids run around while we enjoy our meal/drinks.
The craft beer and craft soda selection is great. You won’t find any junk with high fructose corn syrup. We like the Americana cherry soda and the ginger lime.
I love that they have free EV charging. It is a nice perk.
As an active duty service member, I love that it is owned by two Army vets, and they offer a military/first responder discount. The owners (Jen and Chris) are super friendly and accommodating. I’m already a regular there!
