Fantastic food. Very friendly and attentive service. Frequently asked if needed anything else and checking if the meal was good. Overall this is a great restaurant and I would highly recommend checking it out. I had the traditional garden salad and the smoked cheddar burger with waffle fries. The presentation, the seasoning on the fries, and the overall taste of everything exceeded my expectations and we’re all great. If you sit by the window you also can get a great view.

First let me say I travel for a living and rarely eat at the hotels I stay in. Just not my thing. This restaurant is the exception. The wait staff was attentive the food had great flavor, good presentation, and was fresh. The management was over the top involved and well organized. When you come here for breakfast you will see what I mean. You will have an aha moment!

If you stay in the Hilton. Hilton is a great hotel. But you will have to pay 20 dollars for a continental breakfast. The Continental breakfast isnt free. They even have full breakfast too.

The service is extremely slow for lunch. It took them over ten minutes to bring a menu, and I actually had to flag a waiter down and ask for it. 25 minutes later they haven’t been back to take my order. There there are very few people around, with 2/3rds of the tables empty. The food is OK, but nothing spectacular. Expect to spend a lof it time waiting to be served… Go elsewhere if you want prompt service or if you are in a rush. Many other restaurants nearby across the street.

Wow! I love, love, love this place. I come here whenever I come downtown to eat. Tonight is, by far, the best I’ve ever had. Sirloin steak with green beans (came with grilled tomatoes and garic) and Yukon mashed potatoes. Excellant! I have no idea why. On. Friday night it’s not busier. But that just makes it better for me!

FANTASTIC. The new chef is great and really understands how to treat his customers. A MUST HAVE for restaurants in Waco. Chef has really turned this place around. I will most definitely be coming back and often. When thinking of Diamond Backs or 1454, this Brazos Grille first and then go! I promise you won’t regret it and you will wonder why you hadn’t tried it earlier. It’s not just your hotel restaurant. It is a destination location just like any other place you go to on purpose.

Staff were friendly but some didn’t know the answers to basic questions about the menu. Same with the bartenders.
