I enjoy the Brazil Coffee Grounds but it seems I can’t rely on them to have anything in stock anymore. It’s aggravating to wait in a very long drive-thru line only to be told they’re out of frappe powder AGAIN. Not much selection in cookies anymore either. Please try to order adequately to keep your customers happy.

I went in to get a Carmel macchiato and an iced coffee. Two orders were taken after me and both prepared before mine was even stared. The Carmel macchiato did not taste like it even had caramel in it. The iced coffee they tried to make with cold brew which is not what I asked for. I had to stop them in the middle of making it to correct. The lady didn’t think there was a difference between cold brew and drip coffee, thought they were the same. Also, it was not super busy or anything when I walked in I was the only person there. Two people came in a few minutes after I ordered and still got their drinks before me. Also, when my drinks were ready they were just set in the counter and I had to asks 3 different people if they were mine because no one knew

Sorry I had to edit my review. It USED to be good. Now it seems like everyday is someone’s first day and they have no idea how to make drinks. Today I watched her mix my drink and pour almost 1/3 of the drink as half and half. No water added to my ice coffee and if I hadn’t reminded her, it would not have had any sweetener. This is not the first screwup. First of this month they skipped my order as the new girl didn’t know how to make any drinks so was taking orders on sticky notes and passing them back. When I watched the 3 customer behind me walk out with their drinks I finally stepped up. I miss seeing the owner. I understand it is hard to be at your business everyday but maybe she needs to come see what is happening there.

I go here when I need a morning pick me up. I can get my caffeine fix without the carbs. Love their sugar free options (update they have reduced their sugar free selections) and their bake goods.

Excellent coffee and top-notch service. My turkey bacon ranch wrap was tasty, although the ingredients tasted cheap. The price was cheap though, so I’m not complaining. The atmosphere was probably my least favorite part, no cozy couches or comfy easy chairs like you’d find in many other coffee shops. A television in the corner was playing an annoyingly tragic soap, and although there are some nifty decorations on the walls, the place feels more like a diner than a coffee shop. The dessert looks delicious, though I didn’t sample any. My drink of choice was a Hazelnut Mocha Latte, and it was superb. Probably won’t make any special trips this way for this shop, but if I’m ever in Brazil again I’d come back.

I don’t know what I just drank but it was definitely not a latte. I guess stale coffee and hot milk. No micro foam whatsoever.

This was my first time visiting and it was great! I had a small party for a local Make-A-Wish kid and this was the perfect place! The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming, helpful or friendly to me and the Wish family. We decorated, took a bunch of pictures, then sat around visited for a little over an hour. We only had drinks, but my iced mocha was very tasty! They really helped
me put a smile on my Wish Kid’s face, that’s always a good day!
