Brazas & Sabor is absolutely amazing! The food is incredible, and the owner personally greets you and gives great recommendations on what to try. The chicken reminded me of the kind I used to eat back home in Venezuela . full of flavor and perfectly cooked. This place will definitely become your go-to spot. I 100% recommend it!

The best service ever! Explained the food to me and supported me with choosing the best combination for what I wanted to try. The food is delicious. Hands down the best rotisserie chicken! The flavors are above my expectations! The house cake, worth the drive every time! Thank you!

Brazas y Sabor is truly a little taste of Peru! Chef Paola’s seasoning is absolutely incredible, the pollo a la brasa is juicy, flavorful, and tastes just like home. Every bite brings you straight to Peru.
I also love their sides, the crispy fries are perfect, and the monstrito (Peruvian fried rice) is a must-try. The lomo saltado is packed with flavor, the tallarines verdes with steak are delicious and comforting, and the ceviche is always fresh and well-balanced. Don’t skip the empanadas and tamales, they’re amazing too!
They also have traditional drinks like chicha morada, Inca Kola, and Pilsen beer, which makes the experience even more authentic.
On top of the great food, the service is wonderful. The owners, Alberto and Paola, are so warm and welcoming, you can truly feel the passion they put into their restaurant. Highly recommend!

From the moment my boyfriend and I walked in, we were welcomed by the most amazing aroma of delicious food. The service was excellent! We ordered the family dinner, which came with a whole chicken and two sides, we chose rice and beans and a side of sweet plantains, plus a maracuya juice to go. Once we got home and dug in, we instantly knew we’ll be back. The chicken was incredibly flavorful, and the rice and beans were absolutely delicious the maracuya juice tasted fresh and not overly sweet. 10/10 restaurant.

This place was great. As a Peruvian is so difficult to find a good Peruvian restaurant this one makes up for all the other tries. We had the mostrito and the chicken was delicious. Our favorite was the chaufa. Great fries too crunchy to perfection. Also the combinado was great to have a little bit of everything. Creamy huancaina with a tasty chanfainita, which you can’t find anywhere. This is definitely a superb restaurant. 100% recommend.

Went for lunch today had their lunch special which is one of the better deals around. Plenty of fresh and flavorful food. Glad to find a place that isn’t afraid to season rhe food properly. Camila was excellent, very kind, very attentive, she didnt miss a beat and the atmosphere is laid back with Peruvian flare. Will definitely be back for lunch to try the other specials and for a Jalea for dinner the portion that I seen was huge. Definitely seems like they dont skimp on the portions, which is refreshing to see. Thank you. Aguadito, Lomo Saltado and the Maracuya was lunch for me today $14.99. I was too full, so I didnt get a Alfajor that’ll be next visit.

We are Americans – never had Peruvian food in our lives – knew nothing about it. As soon as we walked in the owner took time to explain everything to us. He sincerely cared that we have a good experience at his restaurant.
We really enjoyed the food and would go back any time. We have added Peruvian to our list of foods we enjoy.

Authentic dishes from Peru. Nothing fancy, so don’t dress up. Great service. Friendly people. A little hard to find because they don’t have a big sign on the wall like the other places nearby. It is 3 doors down from King Crab near the big Walmart. They have some meals that are not on the menu. For example, pargo entero, which the waitress called fried fish (pescado frito). It is an entire deep fried red snapper, for those who don’t know. It’s excellent, but it is not a simple piece of fried fish, as you might expect. Not pescado frito. Which is also not on the menu. No vegetarian meals, however. Not even veggie arroz, but I guess you could order it. They have beer! Cusqueña! Nice touch. We will go back again.
