We were there on the coldest Saturday night of the year. Negative 10 or more outside. Very impressed by the staff working with such temperatures. I’m sure when they designed the space they did not plan for such extreme weather that never occurs in our area but just in case they think about improving on that, a small entranceway in front or back is probably helpful but also unnecessary as this happens so rarely. Either way the point is high praise for the staff who kept their calm during this freeze. Pizza is great. No pasta available and that could be a theme for them Saturday nights.

So accommodating. Came with my son who’s 1. They had a cute personal bravo bib and a high chair like the ones at home. He didn’t give me any trouble and he was super comfortable. Their pizza is awesome too, love them!

My son & had I had the cauliflower pizza & it was delicious! Great customer service & atmosphere. Next time we shop @ Trader Joe’s, we’ll stop by at Bravo again… literally around the corner.

Solid menu, ample seating.
Stopped in on a whim, and grabbed a pie and fries. Was busy (Saturday night), so there was a bit of a wait.
Pizza was nice with a delicious sauce, and the fries were amazing. Perfectly cooked with a crisp outside and fluffy soft inside. I would have loved to give this place 5-stars all around. However:
1. Having a bunch of different people servicing (taking order, receiving payment, collecting the items, etc) makes for a confusing shopping experience. We had to repeat our order to each person and ask for our drinks three times, to three different people and no one said “I’ll get it for you.”
2. I saw two instances of poor hygiene protocol. One worker was eating and handling food from his mouth. Using the same ungloved/unwashed hands to handle people’s orders. Another worker licked his thumb (to make it easier to lift a paper, I presume), and did not wash his hand nor use gloves when handling food immediately afterwards.
I would love to come back and see an improvement in these two areas and update the rating.

I believe that this pizza is better than any pizza parlor in the five towns and Far Rockaway it is top notch no imitation sauce or cheese. It’s all real and it taste excellent I highly recommend this pizza place over any others in this area.

I experienced very poor customer service during my visit. Despite arriving before other groups, the staff repeatedly overlooked me and prioritized others. I couldn’t help but feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in this environment. Additionally, some of the other patrons were disrespectful—talking over my food and during the ordering process. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I regret spending $27 on a pizza that was overshadowed by such disappointing service.

Nice menu selection with a great assortment of different pizzas. The reviews made it seem like you need to only buy a pie but that isn’t true they sell by the slice. I gave 4 stars because the pizza sauce is a bit too sweet.
