I ordered a pizza and what I got was disgusting completely drenched in oil. The crust was soggy, and the box was soaked through. It was literally inedible.
I went back to the store to ask for a replacement or at least some kind of compensation, but instead of any help or apology, I was met with rude, arrogant staff who acted like I was the problem. No responsibility taken, no solution offered — just attitude.
Terrible food, even worse service.

I tried doing the right thing and calling this place up to speak to the manager. And not only did I get disrespected by the person that answered the phone, but I even got disrespected by the owner. This place is horrible, I came in to pick up a pie. Not only was I overcharged, I was disrespected by the cashier, the Pizza was full of grease and disgusting smell pathetic. The staff is so rude and doesn’t want to work. It’s kind of like they’re against anybody who’s not an acidic Jew like them. Not being racist, just being honest. This place should be closed down. They’re horrible, rude and disgusting. If you want to go someplace and get disrespected, come here if you want the smell of the Hudson river come here, this place gives the real meaning of New York style Pizza because it smells like the Hudson and it tastes like a blue room.

Family of 4 adults and two kids had lunch at Bravo Pizza. It was very busy today, but the line moved at a decent pace. It was worth waiting for fresh made pizza. My wife had a specialty slice and the rest shared a plain pie. The pizza was very tasty and filling.

Waited the hour long line today…food was still half raw. I ordered a tuna salad they gave me a salad that was still wet from washing and then ran out of tuna and cups. .guy behind the counter was low key loosing it and couldn’t handle the crowed.

Having kosher pizza in the mall is an absolute delight! There are so many amazing options to choose from. Make sure to savor the piping hot slices while enjoying the skating rink ambiance. The team behind the scenes (pictured) deserves special appreciation, as they take pride in their work and create magic with every pizza. Highly recommended!

Gluten free — They even have a GF personal pie, and my sister who is GF said she he has a lot of GF pizzas but this is the best one she ever had.

Brought a group of campers to the mall for a program. The service was outstanding, the pizza is magnificent, and because we are a not for profit they gave us a significant discount to be charitable. We are so grateful to them for providing us with excellent food and service. Best Kosher pizza we ever had hands down!! After a long fun day at the mall, it was great to cap it off with such a stellar meal. 5 star dining and service!
