I had lunch here for the first time today. I loved the atmosphere immediately. I approached the Order Here area and there are intercom speakers installed on the glass between the customer and employees. This assisted with the ease of communicating my order to each of the preparation stations. I ordered a steak quesadilla with pinto beans, rice, pico de gallo, diced jalapenos, and cheese. I was offered a good selection of salsas and sour cream free of charge. I got hot, Bravo which was slightly hotter and then their hottest salsa, an orange color. All of the salsa was delicious but their hottest offer was my favorite. The food, service, and atmosphere were excellent. I will be back!

I was placing an order but ended up hanging up the call. The lady since the start was hostile and ended up saying why I was trying so hard to use my English when I could speak Spanish, I just asked her the ingredients of the nachos plate beside tue protein. Completely rude, would never go or recommend this place. You go to eat AND have a good time. If management doesn’t have control over how his hosts treat their customers I can only imagine the type of food and atmosphere they offer

Place was spotless, very clean and the staff was attentive in both Spanish and English. Reasonable prices, would much rather buy from these guys than chipotle or Moe’s. No BS excuses if questioned, staff is happy to serve consumer what they want. Online/app orders are quickly served and placed in clear view on shelf. Dine in experience was good too, great variety to choose from.

Omg, I saw this place this morning on my way to work. I said to myself, “when I get off work, I’m gonna go there.” Omg! I’m glad that I am a lady of my word. The food was so flesh. The place were clean. The young ladies that worked there was so polite. I got a taco salad. Probably the best one I’ve have ever eaten. I’m going back there tomorrow. (lol)… Big Back! (Lol)

I wanted to buy something from the kids’ menu, but they wouldn’t sell it to me because they have a policy that they can only sell it to children under 12. When I tried to order it to go, they still wouldn’t sell it to me. I’ve never seen anything like this at any other restaurant. The food isn’t free; it’s not like I was trying to get it without paying. It still has a price, and even if I wanted to buy it for my daughter and take it home, they wouldn’t sell it to me unless she was present That’s ridiculous

My wife and I pick up food from Bravo weekly but tonight the burritos tasted completely off. The rice was mushy and I can’t tell if it was the cheese but the taste made us both grossed out. I had to throw away our burritos which is a shame considering its something we usually look forward to each week and not to mention the money lost. The younger crew are friendly but Bravo shines with its original ladies working in the back. Tonight was a disappointment and the taste was so bad I had to brush my teeth. I’m not sure if we will be back which kind of makes me sad. Please look into this.

Chipotle style fast causal Mexican food. Ingredients seem pretty fresh and service line moves fairly fast, even on busy days. Portion sizes seem to have unfortunately gotten smaller over the years and prices have gone up (like all restaurants). Kids eat free on Wednesday evenings but not on Sunday like in the past.

I’ve got to be straight with anyone who likes Mexican/TEX MEX food!! This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! One of the best I’ve seen nationwide …You go through the line and pic what you want and they make it HOT & FRESH in front of you in minutes. Every meat or toppings you can imagine?? Burritos tacos salads quesadillas!!! Chips and salsa! Cheese dip!! with all your favorites!! It just goes on and on!! It’s fast convenient, clean, friendly and delicious What more do you want? VOTED BEST OF GWINNETT ((( 8 years in a row!!))) locally owned and operated and packed full of pleased customers!! Everyone goes back again that I know! It’s addictive!!
