After being a fan of their weekly pop-up, it’s so wonderful to be able to visit this bakery in person any day of the week. The selection was fabulous – sweet, savory – they’ve got you covered! All of the croissant variations have the loveliest flakes and wonderful flavor. Had my favorite, the almond croissant, but plan to circle back for one of those cherry Danish. And a Bravo bun for good measure!

My son and I stopped by after school today – so cute! The staff were super polite and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy. The Bravo Signature Iced Latte is to die for. The barista gave my 4 year old his chocolate milk in a coffee cup which he loved. We will definitely be back!

We came in today hoping for a little grab and go breakfast. I’ll tell you, it was terrible. If you plan on eating anything stay away.
My wife got a chocolate croissant, that were pretty sure came from a Costco package. Very dry. I got a sandwich, which was also awful. Dry and old. And 11 DOLLARS.
We love to support local business, but it’s bold to call yourself a bake shop when there were 4 option for baked goods and the 2 we had were not good. We probably won’t come back

I had called ahead to make sure we’d have enough savory items for my small book club’s lunch meeting. There was plenty of food and the staff was very accommodating with one persons dietary restrictions. The Bravo signature blend made my latte extra special, and the sandwiches we each had were delicious and very filling. I think each of us took home a sweet treat because the case of baked goods was just too tempting to pass by! Loved the beautiful China plates each sandwich was served on.

My daughter surprised me with a piece of blueberry red velvet cake and 4 macarons from this amazing shop. I was in heaven with every bite-fresh and bursting with flavor. It was a perfect birthday present, and I can’t wait to sample more. Yum!!

I went to the shop for the first time this week and loved it so much I found myself going again a few days later. The latte’s are SO GOOD- one of the best I’ve ever had. The flavors aren’t too sweet and the signature syrup is delicious. I wanted to try all the pastries but settled on the opera cake. It was also SO GOOD. The first time I visited, the employees were very kind. The second time I visited I met the owner who was also very kind. Can’t wait to go back!

During our stay in Williamsburg, we visited the Bravo Bakeshop. We arrived for a late morning pick me up and was not disappointed. Every staff member was very attentive to our questions kind to our curiosity. I had a Bravo Latte with a CHERRY ALMOND CROISSANT . IT WAS THE BEST THING I HAD EVER TASTED. It was so decadent and buttery with the perfect pairing of the tart cherry with a hint of almond. Liz and her team should be featured on The FoodNetwork. This place should not be just for Ashland, everyone should know about Bravo Bake Shop and visit!

Service totally spot on. Atmosphere is nice and cozy. Everything is baked and made in the house. Good pastry, very good focaccia. Cappuccino was served even at the right temperature! Plus, personal touch. The owner and the employees introduced themselves by name and checked on me if the choice of food and drink was satisfactory.. hats off.
