Have been coming here often enough to say that this is one of my favorite places to eat AYCE Sushi. Their food is phenomenal and I love every dish I get to try with each visit.
Everyone here is super friendly and attentive to our needs, despite being busy for dinner time. Huge fan of Brave Sushi AYCE!

Based off experience (3 different visits in the span of 6 months) it feels like it it definitely depends who’s working lol. For 2 visits my servers seemed like under appreciated hard workers(running around trying to keep up with their numerous tables). I think the food always stays consistent in my opinion. I went before they changed the menu and regardless any price changes I feel you are still definitely getting ur money’s worth compared to places like kabukis for sure. Im glad they took the fried rice off the menu cuz in my opinion it was the greasiest dish I ever had in my life hahaha. Nonetheless, me and my boyfriend had maybe 2 specialty sushi rolls, alcoholic beverages, and a appetizer from kabukis and trappers sushi and the bill racked up to one hundred something. Here at brave sushi, we had 3 sake bombs, 4-5 specialty rolls, 5 orders of sashimi, a few orders of nigiri, 4 orders of different appetizers(small as they may be, still worthy of mentioning), and like 2 or 3 orders of small portioned fried sushi orders for around the same price of those other two sushi restaurants previously mentioned. I did find a small bone in the eel nigiri I had but I dont even care lol yolo and its what I can afford so who am I to complain. I wish I remembered everything I ate cuz its just so much it definitely felt worth the price. The bathroom was kinda shitty tho lol not anywhere near the worst I’ve seen but I feel like it was easy fixes that should’ve been resolved already like restocking toilet paper/liners, cleanliness and it’s weirdly dim lighting…. would have given 3 stars cuz I feel there’s much to improve but 4 stars because you really can’t compare the prices to other sushi places. Everything seemed good quality and perfect in portion sizing. If there’s anything to work on its hiring/training staff better.

Brave Sushi in Peoria is my new go-to spot! For $19.99 you get unlimited sushi and rolls, and for $29.99 you can add all the nigiri too—such an amazing deal for the quality you get.
They have premium items like uni, fresh oysters, and other hard-to-find options at AYCE spots, which is crazy. Every roll was fresh and tasted incredible.
The service is great—yes, it takes a little time for certain appetizers to come out, but honestly that’s no concern when each one tastes this good. Plus, any new restaurant needs a little time to get fully situated, and they’re already doing an amazing job. The space is beautiful and modern, and the staff was super friendly.
After eating here, I honestly don’t think I can go anywhere else for sushi. If you love sushi, you have to try Brave!

The rolls, the food and service was fantastic.
Our tuna, and salmon rolls, baked scallop, tuna lover were very fresh !!!
Ariel was our server, she was amazing, prompt and kind. This little Westside valley gem is a must. I love watching the sushi chefs prepare our food at the counter. The environment is very welcoming and comfortable.
I don’t understand any bad reviews. It states on the menu you will be charged for waste, so be very conscious to not over order. Makes sense, waste is unacceptable.
Great place to eat and enjoy!!

A great experience. Eventhough the only give you 90 minutes for AYCE, it was sufficient. I liked that they only gave you half rolls so you could try many more rolls without having left overs. Recommend highly. Very clean and great atmosphere for and intimate or group setting.

Prepare your palates, for I have just unearthed a true gem in the culinary landscape! This establishment is nothing short of a revelation, a vibrant testament to the art of Japanese cuisine that demands your immediate attention.
Let’s talk about the stars of the show: the **sushi and sashimi!** Each piece was an exquisite bite, bursting with freshness and flavor, unequivocally **DELICIOUS!** And take it from me, for the true connoisseur of oceanic delights, the **all-you-can-eat option is an absolute triumph**—a journey through a symphony of tastes that you simply must experience. Even if you opt for a more modest selection, the atmosphere alone is worth the visit; it’s a wonderfully inviting space, perfect for savoring your meal while enjoying the backdrop of television.
Beyond the plate, the **decor is truly stunning**, an artful blend of modern elegance with delightful nods to Japanese culture. The inclusion of anime figurines, far from being a mere novelty, felt like a thoughtful, integrated touch that added charm and personality to the ambiance.
And the staff? Oh, the staff! Every single member exemplified **true customer service**, demonstrating not just efficiency, but genuine warmth and attentiveness. Witnessing their composure and unwavering professionalism, even when faced with challenging patrons, was truly commendable. A special shout-out to our waitress, whose grace under pressure was nothing short of remarkable!
Yes, every delectable dish you see was ordered and devoured on-site by just two of us – primarily, I might add, by yours truly! This is not just a restaurant; it’s an experience that leaves you planning your next visit before you’ve even left. My family and I will absolutely be returning, eager to dive back into this exceptional culinary adventure!

i’m not gonna lie to you i don’t write reviews that often only when something memorable happens but i had to after today. my husband and i LOVE brave we typically go once a week because the prices and food are just that good. The busser/runner from chicago LOL we don’t remember his name ever but he is the sweetest and most genuine soul we’ve ever experienced. Their owner actually cares about service and his customers. Hannah the server is our favorite she’s the best. Also let me just mention the food is INSANE. for lack of better description, the mexican man on the sushi chef lineup is truly the best sushi chef i’ve ever tasted he is incredible. i highly recommend this place and truly don’t know if anywhere ever will beat them

I love all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants.
This one was a massive disappointment.
At the time of writing we are still waiting for all of our food and had placed the order close to 8pm. We had a single item brought to us so far. For those of you that do not want to do math, that is about an hour wait. Not a single server checked on us despite several of them looking our direction over the past hour.
Two groups of customers got their food well before us, they were seated next to our booth.
The servers walked right past and did not say a word.
This place is not busy or packed by any means at the time of writing, the outside is beautiful but the inside needs some cleaning and remodeling work.
If we had made the 45 minute drive to Akita Sushi, we would have been taken care of by now. The bathrooms are also a disaster.

I love it here! the servers are super nice, food comes out quick, been there multiple times it never disappoints, we usually get the all you can eat, the servers are consistently checking and making sure you make the most of your dining experience.
I even got a heart ☺️

It’s a shame the food here is good but the service is below zero. This is the 3rd and the last time I will come here. First few times I gave it a pass thinking the waitress had a bad day. But this is every time I been here. We took my brother and his family to eat for Valentine’s Day. We was there over and hour with no food. Just a few things we got for the kids came. We just sat there and waited and waited and waited. Even while we was ordering the waitress says stops I’ll be back. 20 mins goes by she never came back to take our order. So I asked someone if they can get out waitress. When she comes back she apologizes. And tells us she forgot!! How is that possible? We got 3 sodas and the rest had the water that was in the table. We sat there so long everyone’s cups empty. Never to come back for refills. Finally when I spoke up she told me it’s because they are busy. They wasn’t busy there’s maybe tops 12 tables of people it definitely wasn’t a packed restaurant most of the tables was empty. She tells me I told you the sushi will take long. And to order hot food. But then I had to tell her okay?? We did order hot food and got none of it. After all that she wanted me to pay over $200 for the all you can eat price when we ate nothing. Literally all we got was a plate of rice, chicken and a small bowl of edamame, and 3 sodas and she wanted me to pay over $200!!! I told her multiple times I will pay for the food that the kids wait, (because you can just order food without doing the all you can eat) she wouldn’t answer 3 times we had to say it. Then finally I asked her is there a reason you’re not telling me how much it is to just for the food we got. And then finally she just says no I can’t do that. Telling me there’s no manager she can talk to. Then I’m sorry I had to get a little rude and let her know I know that’s a lie I have family that owns restaurants there’s a way to get in touch with her manager. After that she went in the back to ask them. They said okay. So we paid the $60 and left at 9pm all hungry when I was there at 7:15. Do not eat here if you want to be treated terribly. The sushi chefs amazing! The busser amazing. The waiters absolutely the worst attitude I have ever seen. Not to mention when I asked her about refills she tells me our ice machine is broke in my mind I’m thinking so those that automatically think we don’t need any liquid to drink!! I have to say this was the wost restaurant experience I have ever had and I’m old lol and been to a lot of restaurants in my life. So do yourself a favor and skip it. There’s other all you can eat sushi on the area. (I will be calling whoever needs to be contacted about this establishment after reading other reviews similar to mine, there should be a manager on duty at all times, our waitress actually told me there is no manager here and that the they the servers are all the manager absolutely unacceptable and this restaurant will not be taking advantage of people anymore, you will hear from my lawyers as for the past 30 mins all our children are throwing up and crying from pain so we are now spending the rest of the next in the emergency room because of food poisoning on 5 innocent children (fyi they was the only ones who got food) you’re place will be investigated and shut down!)
So do not leave a generic comment saying how you will take this into consideration. I want to own a name for everyone to see who you are! Terrible just terrible.
