The prices for their ice cream is super affordable, which now days is rare. And with 4 boys that’s so helpful! It tasted great, only reason I gave it 4 stars was cause halfway through our order being filled the ice cream machine stopped freezing and the last 2 of us got super soft serve in a cup instead of a cone. But I know that wasn’t the employees fault. Other than that it was great!

First time eating here as I’m new to the area. First impressions are everything in my opinion. There was no greeting upon entering. They were not busy. I stood at the counter for about 8 minutes, employees walking past several times with no recognition. The condiments station was really dirty and there were no lids for drinks. Again, they wasn’t busy at all. The food on the other hand was great! It’s very reasonably priced for what you get. We’ll probably give them another try again in the future. Everyone has an off day from time to time.

Went today and purchased a strawberry salad, the chicken strip meal and a small twist. I didn’t get a receipt so had to go back through. The fries were under cooked, tenders were pieces . Very unusual and disappointing. The twist was a mini not a small. Also the window states if you don’t receive a receipt you get a five dollar gift card. Bogus.

I gave 4 stars because there was no customer service. The food was worth the money and filling. Me and my husband ate 2 double burger meals and it was under 20$. I do recommend. They even have a mini grocery area.

I love Braums. From eating and hanging out there to working there. I mean, what other ice cream place has their own grocery store and farm products including the milk they use for their ice cream, not to mention huge burgers and fries. They also have several flavors of sherbet. If you enjoy sherbet ask for a Freeze. It’s like a shake but with Sherbet and sprite!
