Great location for dining in, with a large seating section with a self serving drink fountain. Nice place to relax and sit to have a fast food meal, or simply an ice cream cone.
Plenty of parking, and perfectly centralized in the heart of the (real) downtown area of Wichita Falls. Walking distance to shops, groceries, the mall, other restaurants, etc.
Prices are reasonable, as you can have 2 small single scoop cups of ice cream for just over $4. And while the grocery section is not large, it still has most of what you’d need.
Staff are friendly, helping the youth of America gain employment. Restrooms were well maintained.

Went in the other night and the whole counter was a big huge mess. Banana peels lying on the counter. They weren’t even pumping hot fudge syrup out, they were just getting it out of the bag. The milkshake area was a big mess. I probably won’t be back for a while! Be a little more clean! Everyone can see what you are doing!

The guy at the front seemed disinterested and easily frustrated, showing no patience. He even tapped the counter repeatedly when the kids couldn’t decide what they wanted. When this place first open had great customer service now they don’t.

The new selections of ice cream are amazing. The works are young and welcoming. Been here twice and they were smiling and so friendly. I was offered to try the different flavor before purchase. The sopapilla flavor was delicious. Only reason I gave the score I did was because of the flies. There were so many, but then again they have been horrible everywhere.

I normally rave about this particular place. But not today. Corporate needs to look at the cameras 9-10-2025 at 530 pm. Lazy manager looks at the fries that were dropped in front of the counter and walks off, going to break. As I sit in the dinning area I can see 11 tables that needs to be cleaned. Place looks like a pig pen. Smdh should be embarrassing to the crew and management team. Its middle of dinner rush, get your crew in check.

On 9/6/2025, at 2:45 PM, my family visited the Braum’s located at 3906 Call Field Rd, Wichita Falls, TX. Unfortunately, we experienced extremely poor customer service from a young woman (she was dark skinned) behind the counter. She refused to take my husband’s order and made it clear she would not assist him with getting a banana split. When she finally began preparing it, she slammed a banana into the bowl and continued making it without asking if he wanted to customize the ice cream flavors or toppings.
This was by far the worst service we’ve experienced at this location. When we brought it to the attention of the shift manager, she was dismissive and stated there was nothing she could do. However, another manager with pink hair was kind and offered an apology for the employee’s behavior.
Due to the situation, my husband ultimately did not get his ice cream. I hope this issue is addressed so that no other customers are treated with such disrespect in the future.

We stopped for ice cream, ice cream is great, I mean absolutely amazing. I love braums ice cream. 2 star because the table was absolutely gross and the floor was slime my foot kept slipping around. Looking around the dining room is just filthy.

Every single time I go to the drive through and order my usual WITHOUT A DOUBT they always miss hear me and give me a cherry limeade drink instead of the cherry limeade freeze that I always order. Cool, they miss heard me and fix it, but its frustrating thats its every single time, but the drive through staff is just about always so tude to me about it unless its the people I know that I used to work with. I never have an issue when I go inside, so might as well start doing that until they actually train their staff. Made me pull up and some guy handed me the drink with an attitude and said absolutely nothing and no straw. Please retain these people because its getting super frustrating.
