Braum’s upholds the tradition of quality throughout its entire operation. That tradition starts in Tuttle, Oklahoma, at the Braum Family Farm, where the Braum’s crew milks cows several times daily. It only takes 24 to 36 hours to deliver fresh milk to customers from the farm to the store. Since its founding in 1968, Braum’s has remained a family-owned and operated company. Each Braum’s store features an old-fashioned soda fountain, a grill and a Fresh Market. Braum’s has stores in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Texas. Braum’s mission is to support each community by igniting a love for education and reading in children through its Book Buddy program.
Longtime Oklahoma-based chain offering fast-food burgers, ice cream & a full range of groceries.

Reviews
My husband and I were enjoying a nice meal, and I always save my strawberry shake for last as a little dessert. A few sips in, I felt something hard and bit down, thinking it might just be a chunk of ice or a frozen strawberry. It wasn’t. It was plastic.
I took another sip just to be sure, and there was more plastic.
At that point I grabbed a strainer and poured the shake through it, and a fairly large chunk came out. I have no idea if it came from a container, a lid, or some other piece of equipment, but it’s concerning.
If I hadn’t noticed, I could have easily swallowed it. And if a child had been drinking this, those pieces are pointy enough that someone could get hurt.
This might be a good time to inspect the ice cream containers, lids, and blenders to make sure nothing is breaking down or getting mixed into the drinks.
Food safety matters. Please do better.
First, the salt. I expected a burger and fries. What I got was a salt lick with a beef accent. If you’ve ever thought, “Hmm, my blood pressure feels a little too low today,” this is your spot.
Then came the “milkshake.” Now, I may be old school, but a milkshake is supposed to be milk and ice cream. What I received was chocolate milk with a frothy foam hat. Bold move. It’s less “shake” and more “science experiment.” If this was intentional, I applaud the creativity, but maybe test that recipe in a lab.
Suggestions:
Dial down the salt so I can taste the cow that bravely gave its life for this burger.
Revisit the milk-to-ice-cream ratio because milkshakes should be the reason people pull into Braum’s, not the reason they peel out.
