Shorted us an order of fries, but maybe that was a good thing because the fries they served us were TERRIBLY STALE. Some of the worst fries I’ve ever gotten anywhere, and *that* was after a lonnnng wait for the order. Furthermore, I finally have to address the ABYSMAL quality of their “Bag of Burgers” pictured here. *This* is how much they put on their burgers here…It’s like an insult…and this is *consistently* what they serve here, which tells me the management/ownership has *zero* care about the quality of their product.

Love their Old Fashioned Banana Split!! It’s done right with all the toppings and generous servings of ice cream. We always go to this location bc their bathrooms are always very clean, staff are super nice, and it’s a great price to pay for excellent desserts!!

Love Braums ice cream, and their food- the service on the other hand is subpar. Everyone is nice, just so slowwwww. But this is the case at all Braums, so maybe it’s how they train? I waited a good 3-4 minutes before anyone acknowdged me, and there were 5 (FIVE!) employees standing behind the counter talking. A step up in customer service would go a long way!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Braums (multiple times). I try to give grace where grace is due but I have none for this location. Just within a year this location has plummeted. My intent of this review is not to bash. My hope is that something is done to improve the morale here.

I brought my grandkids here for ice cream on a Saturday afternoon, March 11, 2023. It was not busy or crowded. Yet the service was a huge dissapointment! 1st I recieved two ice cream dishes & two drinks, & a snack but NO tray to carry it all on. So Im struggling as No one would stop to give me a tray as I stood there trying to get someone behind the counter to acknowledge me! Seriously, who doesn’t put all your food items on a tray! It’s a simple step! Then there were NO spoons & No napkins & No ice for drinks. I stood at the counter totally being ignored until I raised my voice, feeling annoyed, to be acknowledged. The table with such was empty in the dining room. Ice was not working at the soda machine. We love Braums in general, and stopped by the benbrook location to get ice cream on the way back from school. May be we were just unlucky and had a terrible experience. I’m still giving 3 stars because of we’ve been there once before and the service was okay.
