Braum’s Ice Cream & Dairy Store, and it was a delightful experience. The ice cream was creamy and rich, with a great selection of flavors to choose from. I had the chocolate chip cookie dough, and it was delicious, with generous chunks of cookie dough. The service was friendly, and the store had a clean, inviting atmosphere. I also noticed their dairy products and groceries, which were fresh and reasonably priced. Overall, a great place for a treat, especially if you love ice cream!

I was just up there about 10 minutes ago and we ordered a #1 and a #2. Simple stuff. #1 with no pickles and a #2 with nothing but pickles, even said “plain and dry pickles only no cheese extra pickles” at the drive thru order monitor. Got our food and the #2 had cheese in it. Checked the receipt, saw it said pickles only. I work in fast food, so I get it, minor miscommunication, no biggie. However when we went to get the burger re-made, after we told the first girl what was wrong with the burger, and gave it back, someone came to the window and asked for the receipt, which at that moment we couldn’t find. That’s fine, that’s on us. But then when I went to try and tell her it was a double, after she had probably been told that we literally just came through the drive thru 20 seconds earlier, every time I tried to explain what was supposed to be on the burger and that it was a double, I was interrupted every. single. time. And lo and behold we were told to pull forward and then once we got the burger, it was a single with 2 pickles. Mind you, I tried to say I originally ordered a #2 plain and dry, no cheese, but pickles only and extra pickles. I didn’t go back around again because once again, I work in fast food and I could tell by the attitude and interruption that it probably hadn’t been a good night. I don’t even want to leave this review, but I’m going to because I can’t get interrupted on here. I’m 22 and know how to communicate with customers to prevent something like this. Kill them with kindness is what I tell my kids at my store. In this instance it was the kindness and understanding from the customer being killed by interruption and attitude… no hate on the Braum’s, but just listen.

Horrible. Food was bad. leemyah checked me out it was like she was incredibly high or something. It was the weirdest fast food experience I’ve had. It was so bad it’s funny. She couldn’t even figure out iced cream. And she didn’t speak to me idk why it was just so uncomfortable and strange. There was even an employee on break blaring music from their phone. No human being should think thats okay let alone an employee at their job. Never go here

Forgot to add she(leemyah) didn’t wash her hands before getting my ice cream or wear gloves. Additionally she didn’t clean the scoop between different ice creams so if you’re allergic to nuts or anything else watch out this place doesn’t care if they put you into anaphylaxis.

There is usually good food at this store, but last night I ordered a hot fudge sundae and found red dye spots inside the ice cream, not to mention plastic as well.

I don’t know if it was the manufacturer’s responsibility or the restaurant’s, but at the moment I won’t be eating there anytime soon.

The morning shift managers at this place work so hard. The GM is fantastic. Ty is amazing. I wish I knew the names of the others, but they all work super hard and always get my order right. As a restaurant GM myself, I really appreciate all the hard work and effort this team puts forth. Great job!!!

I’ve given the Benbrook Braum’s drive-through way too many chances. There is one employee who is consistently rude, dismissive, and flat-out disrespectful every single time I come through. Her tone is aggressive, she cuts you off while ordering, and she treats customers like they’re an inconvenience.

What makes it worse is that the way she speaks and behaves feels biased and discriminatory, not just “having a bad day.” This isn’t a one-time issue—it’s a repeated pattern. Customer service should never make someone feel unwelcome or looked down on.

I won’t be returning to this location, and management seriously needs to pay attention to who they’re putting on the drive-through

My husband went in to get something from the grocery side. Went to use the bathroom and walked in only to get bleach all over his clothes and legs. When he went to notify one of the workers all we got was a “oh yeah my manager spilt bleach, and it was worse earlier.” Seemed careless as to the amount of bleach in the restroom. It was so bad my husband left out with his clothes bleached on and his eyes & leg burning. He stated it was a huge puddle. My sister was also using the women’s stall and her eyes were bloodshot red due to the smell of bleach. This is outrageous and the fact the employees were careless is just awful!

Marc has excellent customer service. My order was put in incorrectly, but Marc advocated for me to his managers and made it right. Managers did not care lmao, which is fine, but Marc did great!

Ordered a large fry and this is what they put in the bag the one in front is a medium and the one behind is a Large. Crazy to even think that someone would think that would be ok to put in the bag. I would’ve waited if they needed to make more fry’s. Also the fry were all stale and cold gross. I also asked for NO onions on my burger because I don’t like them at all so there went that. No straws for any of the 3 drinks we did get and of course One of my daughters didn’t get her drink and I of course didn’t notice until I got home . Sad visit unfortunately.

Shorted us an order of fries, but maybe that was a good thing because the fries they served us were TERRIBLY STALE. Some of the worst fries I’ve ever gotten anywhere, and *that* was after a lonnnng wait for the order. Furthermore, I finally have to address the ABYSMAL quality of their “Bag of Burgers” pictured here. *This* is how much they put on their burgers here…It’s like an insult…and this is *consistently* what they serve here, which tells me the management/ownership has *zero* care about the quality of their product.

This location has always been fine, but lately the quality has been getting worse and worse. I’ve always shrugged it off as an “off night” or something, but it’s clear that there is a deeply rooted issue here that is not going away on its own. We will probably stop going to this location for food for awhile.
