On January 15, 2026, at around 6:06 PM, I placed a takeout order at the Euless Braum’s (309 N Main St) for one Grilled Strawberry Poppyseed Salad, an extra poppyseed dressing, and the included 6 oz cottage cheese. When I got home, the salad and cottage cheese were there, but both poppyseed dressings were missing. I had nothing else suitable to use on the salad (only syrup at home), so I ended up skipping dinner entirely that night.
I called the store right away and spoke with the manager, Lexi, who was polite and said to come back the next day (January 16) for the missing items replaced including that it would be all correct.
I returned today (Jan 16) around 4 PM with the original receipt (which had Lexi’s name on it) and waited quite a while at the drive through window. I finally received the salad and the dressings, but this time the cottage cheese was missing.
Unfortunately, this meant two separate visits for one order, and it still wasn’t complete either time. The Grilled Strawberry Poppyseed Salad is one of my favorites here, but these repeated mistakes with basic order accuracy and follow-through made for a very disappointing experience. I hope the team can improve on checking bags before handing them out and honoring make-good promises fully.
I’d love to see better consistency so I can keep coming back.

Came in ordered 2 separate orders (my son and I) both ordered, and paid for large fries. They completely forgot my large fries so I told the young lady standing by the drive though and showed her my receipt and bag. she said “you’ll have to speak to my manager” I tell him, he says “give her a large fry” she then gave me a small fries. I didn’t even bother to correct her. We got home notice my son who paid for a large fry also got a small fry.

I’m here on 1/25/2026 during the snowstorm and Braum’s is the only place open right now. Betty (I think? Didn’t read her name tag) was so nice to me, really great service. She was so kind! Thoughtful enough not to make me pull into a downhill parking spot to wait on my food, because she didn’t want to risk me getting stuck in the snow. Very kind and patient lady. I’m grateful for all the other employees who went into work during the storm, thank you guys!

Visited this establishment as I recently found out they serve breakfast. Empty upon arrival and the order took a minute. The order was fresh. The hash browns were cooked so perfect and every bite was crispy. The biscuit was soft and buttery unlike others I’ve had.

First time we visit and We had such a great experience at this ice cream shop! The cherry pecan ice cream is incredibly tasty—rich, creamy, and full of flavor. My family also tried the sopapilla, chocolate chip cookie dough, and strawberry, and every single one was amazing. The service was excellent; everyone was so friendly and welcoming. My kids especially loved the fresh milk, yogurt ice cream and butter — This place is definitely a new family favorite.

They were super busy, somehow my son’s chicken strips were over looked. 2 employees came out to touch base while they remade his order fresh. Very polite, the fact they came out 3 times was surprising. Probably the best service we’ve had for fast food in years.

There were six of us. Hungry. Tired. Just trying to get a decent meal and make it out in one piece.
The burgers? Solid. No frills. They get the job done.
The fries? Good. Warm. Reliable. Like a buddy who shows up when it counts.
The shakes… thick. Real thick. You don’t sip these. You fight them. You’re gonna need a giant straw—or a survival knife—to get through one.
Now the place itself?
Not the cleanest battlefield I’ve seen. Tables could’ve used backup. Floors looked like they’d been through a few skirmishes.
The workers? They were there. They did the job. No medals, no speeches.
So yeah… four stars.
Good food. Strong shakes. A little rough around the edges.

I hate to leave a bad review because this Braums location and its employees are great.However the establishment needs a deep cleaning. For the store to be dirty, first thing in the mornings is a head scratcher.
Definitely doesn’t look like it’s being cleaned at night or in the morning for that matter. As I read from another review, there are tons of flying bugs/ nats. I also seen and caught and killed roach crawling on the wall by the register while I was ordering breakfast last week…

Gave this place a chance and they lost my business. Too many kids working with not enough structure. Last night 1st in line to order inside. Waited over 15 mins for a 1 meal order and my meal was forgotten as others had their food who ordered after me. Tonight, I gave this place their 2nd chance. Again failure. I went through the drive thru since I figured they prioritize drive through much faster than people who walk in to order. They gave me no straw for the wrong size meal size, no spoon for the ice cream and wasnt even the ice cream I ordered. It was a simple double scoop vanilla with strawberries over it. I got a hot fudge and chocolate drizzle over two small melted scoops of ice cream. This place is very much undesirable.

We went there to enjoy our evening with a treat of icecream. Icecream was good, no doubt on that. But, The server there was absolutely terrible. We felt so unwelcomed and hated that our evening didn’t go any better. Don’t feel like going back again, at least at this location.
