I’ve been to this location a few times in the past but I rarely would dine in. Recently I’ve been going inside to order ice cream after dinner, and I’ve had such good service every single time I’ve came in!! I’ve been served by Aniah the past few times, and she was so kind and welcoming. She always greeted us with a smile and was ready to help!! You could tell she really loves her job. Definitely would recommend coming to this location if you want friendly and awesome service!

Smells like a septic tank in the store! Wow! How can you “eat” inside the store? They should have closed the lobby! People are still eating and walking in there, like they love the smell of poop slapping you in the face.

Today is National Ice cream day. The place is packed and they are short staffed but the manager is apoplectic and asked for everyone’s patience. The food and ice cream is still perfect even though they have been working 9 hours straight today. Awesome attitude and customer service in such a tough situation!

A great chain with a ma and pa feel. Generous burgers, crinkle frys, big drinks but then good tasting reasonable salads and chicken items as well. If you dont know Braums specializes in dairy products so they have epic shakes and ice cream. Oh, you dont want a Coke with your meal? Have a Milk! Better yet have a Choclate Milk! A diverse and very reasonable breakfast menu to boot. Its alaays nice and clean inside and a friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Went through drives, route ordered food was told to pull up by the bushes. To order was ready, waited 13 minutes all cars behind me getting their stuff and going go inside a store, they forgot to take my food out of A microwave was not the exact food. We ordered very, very bad service.
