Their ice cream is amazing and they have a huge selection. Unfortunately I just had to leave because I couldn’t be checked out at the grocery section. I understand short staffing happens, but I just want you to acknowledge us waiting that they’ll get to us when they can. Every employee was working on food and ice cream. I was not happy with the teenage staff on this particular evening. The youngman who took our order was more worried about playing finger drums on the cash register than properly greeting us and taking our order. Once I got my burger, it was a complete mess! Looked like they just slapped it together with ketchup or sauce all over the place! I will post a photo below. This is our hometown Braums… You can do better than this!
