⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)

Now that we’ve tried it, Braum’s lives up to the hype! The setup is a little unusual—grocery store, ordering area, and dining room are all separate ➡️ ➡️ ️—but it works surprisingly well.

They even have a double drive-thru (first I’ve seen at Braum’s!) and outdoor dining ☀️—perfect for families and groups.

The food? Amazing Ice cream, shakes , burgers , and fries all hit the spot. Friendly staff, clean space, and fun atmosphere . Braum’s is definitely a must-visit in Princeton!

This morning I stopped by and got myself an egg and cheese biscuit with hash browns.
It took approximately 9 minutes to get in the line and have my food in my car. I will say it was a little slower than expected. The food was warm enough for the most part, but I just didn’t really enjoy the cold cheese slice slapped inside my sandwich. It wasn’t melted in the least. The photo on the menu looked very different (obviously) and I would’ve enjoyed it more with the cheese slightly warm and melty.

The hash browns were okay, nothing to write home about. They were a little dry yet very greasy to the touch. The price of these items were not that bad considering there has been a considerate amount of inflation.

Overall it’s pretty much all the same as any other braum’s, when it comes to breakfast. I will come back and update with ice cream at another time.

I was really excited to visit Braum’s on their opening day! The customer service was wonderful — everyone was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, when I took a bite of my chicken sandwich, it was raw inside . I really hope I don’t get sick.

The manager was very nice and handled the situation professionally — refunded my money and even offered me another sandwich, but honestly, I didn’t want it anymore after that. I hope this was just an opening-day mistake because the staff was great otherwise!

I stopped by Braum’s on their opening day and had a great experience! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, even with how busy it was. I ordered a hamburger, fries, a strawberry shake, and a strawberry shortcake sundae — everything was delicious! The burger was fresh, the fries were hot and crispy, and the desserts were amazing (especially the sundae!). Overall, I’m really happy this new Braum’s opened up — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Been to this Braum’s with the family a few times now since their opening last year. Have used the little grocery store, dine in both at the food counter and ice cream counter and have used the drive thru. They are incredibly consistent with any option that you choose. All the employees are friendly and prompt amd somehow always available, which is fantastic!

The market area is priced fair with a decent selection, we can run in and grab some fill in groceries and there is never a wait at the checkout and the employees are always personable. It’s a very convenient option to have, especially with Princeton still not having a true grocery store.

The food and ice cream counters usually have no wait and have always had an employee at the counter ready and waiting when walking up. Prices on both food and ice cream seem to be less than most comparable places, it’s nice to be able to take the family out and not feel like we’re breaking the bank. Our favorite part is how the ice cream line is separate from the food line! It’s so convenient when we just want to run in for a quick treat.

Overall a really wonderful addition to Princeton, we’re so happy to have them here and will continue to support them frequently!

How I received my milkshakes. The other two were filled to the top. If I am paying for milkshakes I want ALL the cups I PAID FOR filled, there’s a lot of space missing in these two. Ridiculous I want a refund or something done about this. Order #741957 total 9.92

Wonderful staff and they handled the crowd extremely well, our order was on time. They ran a promotion where they hand out scratch cards with free prizes with every purchase, and I won a small frozen yogurt. The crew made me feel like I won the lottery when I walked in with my ticket . Can’t thank them enough. Great people

I love Braums but I learned after my recent visit, a few days ago… I need to watch pricing… The two scoop Hot Fudge Sunday was listed on special for $3.19… I was charged $3.89… I bought a dozen eggs that had a sign stating $2.19…I was charged $2.39… I had put in my basket some iced coffee and I didn’t go back and verify the price but when I put it there I thought it was $2.79 but it rang up $5.++, so I didn’t purchase it… I love Braum’s products and I won’t quit shopping there but I will start making sure I pay the correct price when I go to the register!
This happened once before and I went back in and had to go through all kinds of issues to try to get a refund… At that time the meat packages had a so much off percent, but when I checked out I paid full price. I didn’t know I needed to watch pricing at that time so I just paid it and left but when I got home and found out …so I went back but I had to go through so much frustration and aggravation to get a refund. I was told it was my responsibility to pull this coupon thing off and show it to their person checking me out…(wait…what?) I was given the refund but it wasn’t a friendly refund.
Please bear in mind, I love to give positive positive reviews, but they can be on the negative side, most especially if I’m given negative treatment…

I don’t care to leave bad reviews because humans make mistakes. But this is just wild. I can understand being confused about only putting cheese on a bun. But my toddlers very picky. I’m not asking for a discount. All we asked was for no meat. Just cheese and a bun. Why…. Why would you put ONLY ketchup and pickles on a bun? Not even meat? If you’re gonna say screw it. At least make it edible for someone….Bag of burgers for us. But a very disappointed toddler…. I get it. We all make mistakes. But my order was correct in the system. Meaning you heard. Read. And still disregarded. To an extreme….. only getting 3 stars because everything else is fine….

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Braum’s location in Princeton. From the moment I attempted to address a concern, the situation was handled in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. The employee who answered the phone refused to allow me to speak with a manager and showed no interest in listening or offering assistance.
Inside the store, the experience was equally troubling. While several guests were standing at the front counter, an employee openly stated to another employee that he did not care who complained. Hearing this kind of remark in front of customers was uncomfortable and completely inappropriate. It gave the clear impression that customer concerns are not taken seriously at this location.
The overall atmosphere reflected poor management, lack of accountability, and inadequate staff training. Instead of feeling valued as a customer, I felt ignored and disrespected. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had at a Braum’s, and it has significantly affected my willingness to return. I hope upper management addresses these issues promptly to prevent similar experiences for future customers.
