The restaurant is pretty unsanitary just looking at it from the inside, and as I got behind a guy who was finishing up his order, the cashier walked away and started doing other tasks, completely ignoring me and giving me no communication. I understand restaurant work can get busy but at least communicate and acknowledge your customers.

Booooo 0 out of 10. I tried to give this place a second chance and they still just don’t cut it! I walked in stood there ready to place my order and the employee looked at me and kept scooping inside the buckets, without any acknowledgment. I left! The employees here are not polite or professional. They are straight RUDE! I threw the gift card in the trash. I won’t even come here if it’s free! That’s how horrible they are!

What fantastic and interesting idea-supermarket + ice cream + hamburger joint. The prices for food are very reasonable, particularly the ice cream, which was delicious. Kid and family friendly. The staff are friendly, and quick to serve. Recommend highly.

Why the wow?
Is it the best ice cream I have ever had? No.
Is it the best service I have ever had? Not even close.
Then why the wow?
The price.
In the post covid era, having pre-Roman Empire prices is INSANE!
And it’s not like the ice cream isn’t good. It is good!
The portions are incredible, incomparison to the price as well.
Quality. Price. Portion.
You get 3 of my most important checks.
The only area it was lacking is service. In terms of being friendly.
If they could address that, Braums is a “let’s go every day” spot, especially in this ridiculously hot Dallas weather.

The service is fast, and the workers are very kind and friendly. Great service and staff. That being said, the food can be very inconsistent. Sometimes I’ll get a cherry limeade that doesn’t have enough cherry syrup, and the next time it will have so much I can hardly drink it. Burgers sometimes have far too much seasoning salt. Other times, everything is made just right and it’s delicious.

Please be careful, especially when ordering a crispy chicken sandwich at this place. My crispy chicken sandwich was not fully cooked. When I informed the staff, the lady who appeared to be the manager came over, took the trash can, and argued that the chicken was fully cooked. She refused to offer a replacement,even though I had not asked for!
When I showed her the raw meat from the sandwich (even though it was taken from the trash), she became silent. I asked who told her it was cooked and requested a replacement, but she had no response. She just said “okay, okay,” walked away, and stayed in the kitchen.
I tried to handle the situation calmly and respectfully, simply showing what was wrong with the chicken sandwich I was given. Instead, I was blamed for asking for a replacement, which was disappointing.
Please be careful with the food here, and especially cautious when dealing with the lady manager. I hope I don’t get sick from this experience.
