Was so ready for my shake and cheeseburger, after putting straw in shake I took a sip and it was nothing but a watery mix of sour tasting milk and chopped nuts…I immediately made a u-turn back to Braums Waxahachie +
Before I got there i called and asked to speak with a Manager, the girl that answered the phone was laughing in the background and stated somebody wanna speak to a Manager VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
The Manager identified himself as Hector, answered the phone as if he was answering his home phone not as a person in charge of running a business that is in the business of the serving the public I told him I see why your employees are putting out trash to customers by the way you answered this call! I explained the situation and told him I’m coming back for a refund because at this point I do not trust that you all.will remake it properly, asked him to meet me at the counter because I’m back in the parking lot while still talking to him
I entered the Braums and stood at the counter, no one acknowledged I was there, I was ignored and the employees acted as if I was invisible! I stood there for at least 8 minutes! While waiting to be treated like a valued customer, I opened the burger up and it was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted! My Fiancee entered the Braums and said we need our money back for this Limeade too, it bitter, not full, and theres no cherry flavor, it was NASTY! Then a girl comes and ask can I help you. I told her I needed my money back for this trashy shake and this “cheeseburger” that WAS NOT HOT ENOUGH TO EVEN MELT THE CHESSE ON THE BURGER!
The same Manager I watched come into the restaurant and to the back several.times without acknowledging me either. It was not until there was 3 customers b3hind me that someone acknowledged me! Unacceptable!
The Manager seemed to be unbothered by my disgust in what his employees had put out! He proceeded to act as if he didn’t know how to process a customer refund and continued to peck on the screen for at least 5 MORE MINUTES! It was only until I started recording he all of a sudden remembered how to process a refund! This Manager and his employees blatantly, willfully, and wantonly played around with my Fiancee and I 2ith no remorse nor fear of consequences!!!
THIS …HAS…TO….STOP!!!! EVERYTHING IS EXPENSIVE NOW AND IF SOMEONE DECIDES TO SPEND A LITTLE EXTRA TO EAT OUT THEN THEY SHOULD BE SHOWN SOME RESPECT AND GET EXACTLY WHAT THEY PAY FOR AND RECEIVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE WITHOUT ANY CUSTOMERS YOUR DOORS CAN AND WILL BE PERMANENTLY CLOSED!!!

Most recent experience. Waited two minutes at the drive thru before I heard from anyone. I even made low audible noises to let them know I was there. I had to roar my order cause they weren’t listening. And then the guy on the speaker ended my order by doing a loud burp on the speaker.
I get handed the wrong persons order, they must’ve forgotten the guys order in front of me. They then tell me to park up ahead while I wait for my shake, so I do, but they take so long, the car behind is stuck and can’t leave so I make a loop around the building and park across from the drive thru window. I wait and wait, and nothing. I have to call them and let them know I’m still waiting for my malt. Rather than apologize, I’m asked why I drove off. The girl finally comes out and rudely hands me my shake.
Terrible and inexcusable.
Oh yeah, I tried calling them, was waiting for 5 minutes for them to answer. Terrible service.

Worst burger I’ve ever had. Braums used to be great. Burger patties were old, dry and it was just twrrible
