The food was ok, the ice cream is good, but speed an efficiency is not their thing here. MAYBE we caught them on an off night that was crazy busy; there was a ton of staff on hand but it still took 5 minutes or so to place our order(there was nobody in front of us) and almost 30 minutes to get 3 burgers and fries. Ice cream was MUCH quicker and smoother. I’d go again, if we aren’t on a schedule of any sort.

We eat here often and is usually good but this night was not good. The restaurant was dirty, the straws, ketchup etc. was empty. Ask for a large fry and got a medium. Had to go ask for the shake because they forgot it when they called that the order was ready. Food did not taste good. Just a really bad night.

Never had been til today Sunday November 9th 2025, and it was surprisingly good. We got burgers, fries and chicken strips. I got a small chocolate shake before we left and my son drank most of it very fast. Overall it was very good and affordable for a family of 3. Customer Service was great. And we will be back when we are in the area.

Assistant manager on 1/11/26 @ 7pm had an indifferent attitude. No greeting walking up, just dead-eye us. Jerk vibe. Food was good, too bad his lack of customer service at the order desk will preclude us from returning. Plenty of other Braums around with nicer staff.

Waited a really long time to be served and no one came. Lots of people working the drive thru but none would help me at ice cream counter. Orders were taken for food but I kept getting overlooked.
I walked out instead. 12 minutes of nothing was too long.

Great location but customer service can be a little shaky, something would always be missing from our order but baby not with Mrs. Whitney Jones!! Mrs.Jones had amazing customer service, everything was right with our order, she is much needed at this location!!

At first, when I was ordering my order, I asked for a bag for my sundae and no whipped cream in it, when I pulled up to the second window. A young lady handed me my sundae with whipped cream, and I told her I asked for no whipped cream and there was no bag. She told me to pull up forward, even though she didn’t remove the whipped cream. She decided to hide it with more ice cream on top of it then a young man came with sundae halfway melted with no toppings, bag, napkins or utensils. Very disappointed.

This place is ALWAYS PACKED, the line has been outside the door at times and and drive thru has had the line holding up traffic BUT their service is ALWAYS fast and friendly. When I go in to get a few groceries, the cashier has always been so friendly and attentive . They pay attention to who comes in the door and no matter the department, I’ve always been serviced quickly and with a smile.I love this location and their workers work their butts off and do a great job. Keep up the great work ladies and gents!!!!!
