The Body Emporium
I came to this location ordered at the drive thru. There was a lady working the front counter. I was already handed a cut of water that the lid didn’t fit on. As I was told when she handed me the cup, not sure why we would serve a cup with a lid that doesn’t fit. Anyhow I proceeded inside to pay for a real cup of water and the rest of my order I just ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 fries never received the fries and both sandwiches were prepared wrong . One was literally plain cheese bread and meat seem simple enough. Only for her to respons and say I dont make the food I just deliver it. I can’t wait for AI to totally take over because if this is how kids talk to adults they should not be representing any establishment.
So I asked well can someone else check to make sure it’s right before you serve it since that isn’t your job.
All around horrible experience. Interestingly enough she was very polite to all the other people getting food but decided to be rude to me.
I will definitely not be back to this location. Braums has good food but they may need to adopt the hiring process Chick-fil-A has because that type of rude customer service is unnecessary and unacceptable at other places.
I dont even like Chick-fil-A food all that much but the manners and service you get from their employees makes me understand why their prices are higher and the service makes it worth it. I know because my son works for them. I dont even allow him to apply at places that higher people with disrespectful behavior.
I dont want him to think that is ok to speak to any adult in that manner.

Pure Silkiness
This was an amazing visit. The female associate really worked with me to create the perfect dessert for me. I purchased a banana split, but I used sugar-free ice cream with only strawberry topping, nuts, and whip cream. I did not get the hot fudge nor the marshmallow topping. It was Soooo freaking delicious and only like 5.69 WITH tax. I see why they stay crowded. This was my first time trying their ice cream. Totally recommend!

After waiting in a long line to get a milk shake I asked the server who was also a manager if I could try three out of the four new flavors. He absolutely refused. He said I could try only two !! As he gave me the tiniest scrap to try for the first one I decided to leave. Never coming to this outlet again. I love the braums in Wylie but I will not come here again. Disgusted

This place needs serious help. This is the 5th time I have to pull over, park and wait for my food. One simple combo meal. Business is slow when i go, so hardly any line. Then they forget your fries after waiting 5- 10 mins. So now you have to go in and wait while they take their sweet time getting your fries, no apology. It’s the same people everytime. This time my food was brought to me a huge paper grocery bag for some reason… bit weird.. The service used to be good here. Been coming to this location most of my life but I’ll take my business to Chick-fil-A from now on.

The manager Robert sucks and the staff is unfriendly. I parked and waited for my food that never came. I had to go in and get it. The fries were cold and half full and the burger was sloppy. Robert gave me a refund but a sassy attitude. Bottom of the barrel service.

The strawberry poppyseed salad with grilled chicken was FABULOUS! Got cottage cheese with it! The best one I’ve ever had. LOVE BRAUMS! Get it every chance I get. Love the White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Ice Cream, when they have it. It was crowded in there, as EVERYBODY wanted BRAUMS! Very nice staff! SEE YA BRAUMS IN TULSA IN A WEEK! Can’t wait!

The Ice cream is great , Food is fine but the main problem is the service !! No one in the whole store Smile , Greet the customer or say anything that attract or make the customer feel home ! Thats like the 5th time i come here in the last 2 weeks cause my kids love the Frozen Yogurt but the service honestly is too bad ! It looks like they don’t care about customer its only about money
One last thing , Tables are not cleaning regularly after customers leave thats a critical thing here when it comes to restaurants

I didn’t give this Braums location a 5 because it has an old and an unclean feel to it. The restrooms were for the most part clean but it’s not “white glove” clean. Now it doesn’t have to be but that’s my comparison. Although there was no trash on the floor, you could also see visible “pee splashes” on the walls next to the urinal and there was gunk (seemed to be mold) on the seam and caulking of the sink area. For me, restrooms speaks volume about your establishment.
As I walked into the restroom (I didn’t want to take pictures of it), I noticed lots of handprints or smears on the glass in the hallway. I then noticed the walls seemed dirty, it’s as if it just needed a “touch up” or something. Maybe it needs a facelift.
But if I review the meal only, it tasted great and they got it right. I ordered two number ones where one was regular and the other was plain. They got the plain one right. And the fries were awesome. I also watched the guy make our burgers “in view” so that was good. It made me trust that my food was being cooked and made right.
However, back to the building, I think appearance can make or break an establishment. As good as the food is, I want to know that I’m in a nice location. We were so hungry and my daughter wanted Braums so we could use our coupons so this was the closest one. I’ll end by saying I’m not a fan of the “look and feel” of this location.

My Husband and I are frequent Customers at this Braum’s, tonight very Disappointing ordered two Brownie fudge Sundae’s no Spoons, the thing is I am lactose intolerant once it melts i can’t eat it. The 2nd thing my Husband ordered a number #5 they didn’t give him his Drink. I called and spoke to the Manager Bria, thinking she would make things right instead she tells us to come get the coke I said we are home my husband’s burger and Fries will get cold, she said well pickup the coke later. I said later for just a coke. She said on the Spoons I always put them in there i said you didn’t, no response. This is not Customer Service I felt like I was talking to a worker instead of a Manager who knows her job.
