Always wanted to give Braum’s a try and I am glad I did! I came for ice cream cartons but left with an additional cheeseburger to quell that hunger pang in me. The cheeseburger is simple but satisfying. Ice cream flavors were abundant but I settled for Fudge Ripple. Braum’s also has a very expansive sugar free ice cream option for those that are watching their sugar intake, which is a huge plus in my book. Also, Braum’s carry A2 fresh milk by the gallon and half-gallon, which I was also inclined to add to my purchase. Great staff and nice check-out lady, I’ll return for some more ice cream and milk!

This mom’s location has very friendly staff people. It’s clean and well kept. The only issue for rating it three stars is the drive-thru experience. Today I went to the drive-thru and I ordered a chicken club sandwich, and I asked them to place a grilled chicken patty on the sandwich instead of the normal crispy chicken patty. I also asked for a side of cottage cheese instead of the French fries. When I got my order I realized that I had french fries and not cottage cheese. I went through the drive-thru again and they made it right by giving me the cottage cheese and telling me to keep the fries. When I open my burger it was a crispy chicken patty and not the grilled chicken patty that I have requested. This is not a huge issue in isolation, but it becomes a big issue if this is occurring every time somebody orders something that isn’t directly from the menu. And because different people have different tastes and different likes, it’s important that the staff actually listens to the orders and delivers the orders as ordered by the customer. For this reason I rated this location three stars.

Its ice cream is everything that good ice cream is supposed to present: excellent quality, great pricing, and creative flavors. As for the burgers, for being fast food burgers, they also have a great quality in taste and pricing.
In their market, I never thought they would have such a generous sales, two pints of ice cream to take home with you for just $7? That is how you make good marketing!
If you live in Allen TX, and are looking for an ice cream of pure joy, this Braum’s is the place to go!

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweetened tea. Service was horrible but again they are high school students working here. They barely put any ice. The chicken sandwich was made fresh which was nice but no napkins is a major red flag just shows they don’t care enough. Would come back just avoid drive through.

Not as good as the West Farm To Market location in Murphy, wanted to stop by closer to home to get food for the kids and the food would still be hot. That was a mistake, the chicken sandwiches were undercooked and instead of one large order of fries they gave me 2 medium ones which I wouldn’t have cared about, only they were stale and not warm like they were old fries that had been left out. I live less than 7 minutes from there and had to throw everything in the air fryer when I got home. Wouldn’t recommend

This place can get very busy and make long waiting lines especially in the summertime when school is off.
Few concerns about employees getting overwhelmed. Employees touching their face without washing hands. One guy who looked to be a manager just blew his nose behind the counter where they serve ice cream than reach for gloves contaminating the gloves. Stuff like that makes it hard to go back.

I have celiacs disease, I went to this location and ordered a chocolate chip shake. Simple, vanilla ice cream and chocolate chips. The guy who took my order put chocolate chip on the screen and so I figured my shake would be as I ordered. It came out chocolate chip cookie dough, which while not a far stretch from what I ordered has extra ingredients in it that could cause me severe harm. This isn’t the first time they have gotten my order absolutely wrong as the last time I was given a plain chocolate shake, and the time before that I got a plain vanilla shake with a single full almond at the bottom which was weird and ridiculous. This time though it will come at a cost for my stomach. I will not be returning to this location. They seem to just not care about their hygiene either was I watched the guy from the window stick his gloved finger into his ear and wiggle it around for a minute before going to hand me my shake. The photos provided are after I poured out the shake upon realizing at home and getting a picture of the chunks Unblended at the very bottom

Brahms is an awesome ice cream parlor / restaurant. Burgers are good. Shakes malts or even better. But the best thing is their limeades! I only complaint is sometimes the store can get messy. Recommend.
