I usually like braums but was definitely cheated at this location. I got a 6 count chicken strip combo large. Frys were old, cold and overcooked I couldn’t eat them. Chicken strips were way overcooked and 2 of them were the size of chicken nuggets. Almost $11 and most of it got trashed. The Harrison location is managed much better so I’ll go there next time.

Busy, cashier wasn’t very friendly. We were from out of state and never had a decent cashier in Oklahoma or Southern Kansas. But we usually eat there because there aren’t any in a few hundred miles from where we live.

The ice cream at this braums is cross contaminated. The manager says they forget to wash the scoop in between ice creams. Sooo I don’t suggest getting your ice cream here. Especially if you’re allergic to something like peanuts, strawberries, mint, etc. we had multiple scares today that involved cross contamination of ice cream (we went back for different ice cream when I found red and green in my cappuccino chunky chocolate ice cream, it still happened AFTER we told them about our allergies this time to my sister who found pink in her praline ice cream). PLEASE PLEASE BE WARRY OF THE THE ICE CREAM HERE! GET SOMETHING ELSE IF YOU OR A LOVED ONE HAS ALLERGIES TO CERTAIN FOODS!!! DO NOT GET THE ICE CREAM!

I’m only giving this 4 stars because the quality of the food has decreased. It’s either cold or tastes old and that’s if the order is correct. Fries are soggy and over-salted. Don’t bother asking for a diet drink because you’ll get one with sugar in it. Ice cream sundaes have barely anything in them anymore. They’ve increased their prices but the quality has gone down.
