if i could give 0 stars i would, this is the worst braums on all of shawnee, went for breakfast asking for bacon egg cheese bagel extra bacon, i get a sausage patty and under cooked bacon. Obviously not happy i go back to tell them its suppose to be all bacon, they remake it for me and not even 3 minutes later i look at the new bagels and there it is, another sausage patty with no extra bacon. I am frustrated at this point, i had the manager help me and they messed up, FOR THE SECOND TIME. I ask my husband to park so i can go inside to explain that it’s suppose to be only bacon, NO SAUSAGE. Remade it right in front of me and the manager looked angry, almost threw me my bag of food and just says “appreciate it.” That was such horrible food service and especially from the manager in the morning. Never going back there again.

This is like the worst Brahms ever. Sticky seats. Dirty lobby. Crap food. Horrible. They wear gloves to take your money ,and to touch your food, and they don’t wash at all. Same nasty gloves all day. Had to ask for my money back because they’re fingering the food with dirty fingers. Manager Lyric here running things horribly. Being a snoot to her employees. No wonder this store blows

I love Braums. The ice cream tastes amazing for a very reasonable price. The price of two cones would be one cone where I live. And I’m usually lactose intolerant, but this ice cream doesn’t bother me. The food is very good too and marketplace is fantastic.

I wanted to really love it but it was only a solid choice. I think you get a lot of value for what you are paying and I love that it’s sourced locally.

The ice cream at this braums is cross contaminated. The manager says they forget to wash the scoop in between ice creams. Sooo I don’t suggest getting your ice cream here. Especially if you’re allergic to something like peanuts, strawberries, mint, etc. we had multiple scares today that involved cross contamination of ice cream (we went back for different ice cream when I found red and green in my cappuccino chunky chocolate ice cream, it still happened AFTER we told them about our allergies this time to my sister who found pink in her praline ice cream). PLEASE PLEASE BE WARRY OF THE THE ICE CREAM HERE! GET SOMETHING ELSE IF YOU OR A LOVED ONE HAS ALLERGIES TO CERTAIN FOODS!!! DO NOT GET THE ICE CREAM!
