I am a high school wrestling coach and every single weekend after a tournament, I take my team to Braums. No matter what town we are in this is what we do. I have been to dozens of Braum’s and this is by far the best one. They handled 27 orders like it was nothing and the store manager Jason was very helpful while we were there. Do yourself a favor and take your family to the wagoner Braums.

I like going to this brands. But sadly, they charged me 599 for a lime aid, because I asked for extra lime, then they were charging almost a dollar per lime extra, which is crazy. Sadly, they won’t see me back at this branch, i wish this wasn’t so, but getting one line made for the price of 2 is outrageous and too much. I could have bought limes at home myself and squeezed them in there myself and it would have been cheaper
For this reason, they’re getting 2 stars from me and that’s only because I like the manager and a couple other employees that work there. Wish I could have given them a better rating. But after getting charged over six bucks with taxes for my drink, it saddens me to say that I won’t be back it was good while it lasted

Every time i stop at Wagoner’s Bryams they get my order wrong every time today i asked for hamburger with mustard. I got mustard, ketchup which i hate and mayo. Asked for pineapple shake got pineapple and almond. You would think they would get it right at least once

Wow…I definitely do not like this new crew.
Forgot the tator tots and the picante.
Pulled forward because they forgot the tots, realized no picante so went inside to get. Got ignored at the counter with 4 employees. Got the employees attention at the drive thru and let him know about the forgotten picante. Another customer walked up and she was ignored. Literally the whole time the employee working drive thru just stood there if he wasn’t dealing with the drive thru. I got his attention for her…she wanted picante…
I finally got my tots…with no picante.
I love the regular crew but this bunch of kids are a joke.
Fyi!!!! We the customer are the only reason for your job.
P.S. I almost forgot about the piece of plastic in my food.

I know my order is customized, but it should not be so hard to get it right. It is 3 ingredients. Nothing like ordering a burrito with no sausage, and getting home to find sausage, either the kitchen messed up or the order taker, this time was the order taker. I am allergic ya know.

First time for us to stop at a Braum’s… Good selection of chicken, burgers and salads. All combos can be upgraded to a shake for free! There is a mini marketplace with a variety of items. Cooler, freezer items, fresh and some boxed goods. Plenty of icecream pints to choose from!
