Don’t get here very much but the last 2 times they have messed up my order so doubt ill get food from there again but the ice-cream was spot on

This place is very dirty and unprofessional. Both trash cans were overflowing. The fountain drink machine had stains everywhere. The top of ice tea containers were dusty. The lid holders for your cups had dead flies in it. 2 out of 3 sauce dispensers were empty. Every table in establishment was sticky and dirty. Even the walls were filthy. We got a strawberry shake and it tasted like frost bitten ice cream. The kids behind the counter were messing around and joking. They forgot to even make our milkshake. We do not recommend this establishment.

Better have the employee read back your order or else they will overcharge you without you knowing. Order a bag of burgers which should be no more than $8 and they rang up 5 Jr cheese burgers ($14 total) instead to scalp extra money. They also forgot the 2 chicken tenders with my order. The rest of the order that I did receive was meh. If you enjoy being ripped off, this is the place for you!

I asked my girlfriend to get me some when I got home after work. Turns out that when I got hime and heated it up for myself, I was eating in a darkish room then I actually looked at my burger and realized that my burger was raw. Not medium rare or rare, just raw. Way to pink and undercooked. Some of these people that work there need to be fired, rude and inconsiderate. And you may not even get your order correct. A previous problem I had was a long (7-9 inch) piece of black hair in my food. Just horrendous.

Ordered a #8 with large drink and fry, only got told AFTER ordering and paying, that the drink machine was down and I was told by the employee who run me up, that I could substitute the drink for a shake. I reluctantly said “sure” i then get my food and no drink, nor shake and wait another 5 minutes with nothing. Manager then comes and turns on the drink machine after it was fixed so I go to the counter explain the situation to her and ask if I can have my drink since I just want something to drink while eating my meal. You can tell by her cold, annoyed expression she does not give a damn and hands me a cup saying nothing. No “sorry” no nothing. This store is FUBAR and a waste of your time. Don’t bother coming.

We forgot our commitment to not visit this location again after a horrible experience almost a year ago (not reviewed, but we ate inside and it was filthy and very long wait for our food) and we went through the drive thru for some ice cream. The employees were friendly enough, but there is clearly a lack of care at this location. Not even an attempt at filling the cone itself. Cross contamination of all the flavors- my cookie dough ice cream had orange and bubble gum swirled within the scoop. My husband’s cone had a hole in the side- which further proved the ice cream was barely set on top and not within the cone.

Walk to register to order and lady just looked at me. I said hi since she didn’t ask what I would like to order. After placing my order the people behind me walked to register and she she greeted them. Hello…. Maybe you should greet everyone or no one at all. Atleast ask for my order.

Cleanest Braum’s I’ve ever visited. Contrary to some other reviews, I’ve always had good experience and gotten quality food. When I come in it’s usually weekdays around noon, keep in mind.

Waiting in line for close to thirty minutes! This is the drive -thru. Always an experience with this place. My wife was behind me and is now home, in Braggs, and I am still one vehicle away from my $5.49 order. Ridiculous!
