I have been eating here for about a year now, and will forever choose Braum’s as my food spot for now on. The burgers are juicy, beautiful, and a fair size. The fries are crispy, yet soft. The sauce, oh the sauce. Ice cream is cool and all but the food is just too tier. The best spot in Sapulpa for food and I will stand on that 4L.

First of all, why is Braum always busy, yet serve cold fries? If such were a case there should always be hot fresh fries and food. Service was great, but that’s get thrown out the door if the food is terrible. Ordered two fries, chili cheese fries and a burger. All bland and cold. Even the cheese for my chili cheese fries wasn’t even melted. If the franchise owner is reading this I would overhaul this whole place. One of the worse food I’ve ever eaten. I also had to microwave my chili cheese fries just get it warmed up. Absolutely gross Braum.

We go there in the evening for the sundaes usually on the weekends. It’s usually great. But about a month or so ago they started some new limited time special sundaes. I forget the name but all four of them had cake underneath them. I tried some but wasn’t really into that. But I noticed after this started they started seriously getting stingy on the scoops for the normal sundaes. I mean its not just a little stingy, I added several pictures from one we got just last night. I understand they may be trained to do smaller ones so they fit on top of the cakes in those other sundaes. But guys good lord, this is terrible. It use the be the scoops were big enough all of the topping would nearly touch the roof of the container. Now its barely half. So it’s like half scoops. I didn’t get pictures of my wife’s but believe me when I say it was smaller then these pictures. The Sundaes aren’t exactly cheap, it would be nice if they had some attention to this. If this gets corrected I’ll come back and edit this review.

Why can’t this place ever get anything right? Seriously spent 17 bucks on what I thought would be a double qtr pounder meal, and a kids chicken meal with shake. What I got was 2 kids meals. And a shake. I get that places get busy but no one else was in line! I was overcharged by who knows how.much due to their incompetence. Everytime I go in its like I’m walking into a special needs daycare. No one cleans their hands, nor do they maintain a clean store. We’ve witnessed employees shove hands down their pants to scratch and then go into scoop ice cream. This has got to stop. If this place were to somehow be out of operation, I do not believe the community would be disappointed. wish i could share all my photos of the cardboard sound in ice cream..

I ordered food to go inside. When we got home, we realized there were no fries, and I had been overcharged for my combo. We went back, and they offered the fries and said I had asked for a medium malt. Never blame the customer in any interaction. Ask: “Did you order the medium malt?” Always apologize and show empathy for the issue; none of that happened here. After poor service from the original server and bad service when I complained, my wife asked for a full refund. There was a back and forth with the managers, and we received a partial refund for the fries on my daughter’s combo because she had eaten her chicken strips, and a full refund on my combo. Remember, we had gone all the way home and had to return to fix this problem. A full refund for both combos and an apology with empathy would have been the minimum the manager should have done. I am writing this review because of the terrible initial service and the rude way they accused me of ordering a medium malt without apologizing for the missing fries.

The Braums in Prattville (Sand Springs) after the rebuild has been a consistently good place to get fresh market items, take home frozen treats, and food through the drive through. Personally I have not had a messed up order that I can remember, they have always done a good job. The food is hot, and fresh. I still think their burgers are the best in town. With prices going up everywhere, Braums meals have remained a good value, priced below other fast food locals. I’m still recommending Braums to folks I know, if they are wanting a good , regular meal, or practically anything dairy. It’s a great place to treat yourself.
