I keep asking for a bacon pimento burger with a burger pattie instead of chicken they keep saying yeah we can and when I get my food is still chicken they keep doing it and I feel like it’s on purpose to be disrespected to me the customer.. also the chicken patties they put on my samwhich is the most thin dried out I have even had it’s almost so bad you can’t even bite into this is horrible quality standards and this place needs to be held accountable.. what happened to braums?

I have been a Braum’s customer for all my life. I will think twice going to Braum’s after getting a nasty biscuit and gravy. I NEVER ASKED for A SHREDDED PATTY along with my biscuit and gravy. This is the first time I’ve gotten one like this with the sausages on top rather than mixed in with the gravy.

This is like my home away from home. I love ice cream. The only drawback is that there aren’t enough flavors to choose from for cones, etc. I will eat a meal there at times also. They have good selections for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Throw in the fact that they also sell grocery items, and you have the makings of one of my favorite spots.
