Braum’s Ice Cream & Dairy Store is a classic neighborhood stop if you’re craving a sweet treat or a quick, casual meal. I moved out of the region to a place that Braum’s can’t go, so every single time I come back, I have to have a banana split. It’s amazing every time! It never changes, and I’ve been eating at Braum’s for 43 years. This time, I even had to buy a cup. I couldn’t resist. Side note: (The hot chocolate flavor ice cream is my fav during the winter.)

I am here as I type this, and the manager or shift manager or whoever was SO RUDE. She doesn’t know about tax exempt, which is fine but, not our fault. It’s also crazy because theres tons of schools that go through here. She Handled the situation with the worst costumer service ever. Very dissatisfied.

It is fast food; it’s not a restaurant meant for wine and dining your date. But it’s family friendly, and they usually get your order correct when asking for substitutions or omitting sauces, etc.
If I had a complaint, it would be in the drive-thru and someone makes your shake or ice cream cone right as you order, yet you’re 5 vehicles back and things are starting to melt by the time you get to the window.

Went through the drive thru. Food is usually good at this franchise. As my meal here also way. The end person asked us if we need anything else. My reply was napkins….and before I could say anything else …….gone. so it just became a game at that point. She came back hot sauce….. ketchup, straws…haha she did figure out to ask if there was anything else? After replying salt and that’s all. Thank you. You can make your job easy or hard!!!!
